4. PROTECTION AGAINST ACCIDENTS
ADVICE FOR THE USERS OF ELECTRIC CREAM COOKERS:
• Do not use higher load than recommended by the manufacturer;

• Regularly check safety devices, oil level and general condition of the machine;
• While charging, discharging, adjusting, cleaning or replacing parts, take all necessary
measures to prevent unauthorised start-up of the device or parts being accidentally put
into operation.
• Do not tamper with or remove protective shields installed by the manufacturer.
• Notify all operators and employees of any risks related to operating the device.
• Machine meets general regulations. Continuous sound pressure level is below 70 dB(A).
This was achieved by scrupulous selection and manufacture of machine components.
5. SPECIFICATION OF ELECTRIC CREAM COOKERS
INTENDED USE
The
processing of confectionery and other food products obtained by simultaneous mixing and
heating in a bowl.
The machine can be used to prepare any type of hot creams, jams or ice cream. It is also
used for melting chocolate, fats and various food specialities, such as risotto, béchamel
sauce, tomato sauce, vegetable soups etc.
THE MACHINE CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES THAN THOSE
LISTED ABOVE.
Each machine application must be in compliance with the guidelines of the manufacturer.
Otherwise the manufacturer is not liable for any damage to persons, animals or objects.
DESCRIPTION

Heating process (cooking) is lead inside the bowl by oil heated to a set temperature in an
oil shell, which, in turn, is heated by electric heaters installed at the bottom of the tank. The
