4.3 Operating Steps
Put the dough into the divider bowl.

Flat the dough manually in bowl to ensure the dough is even.

Close the top lid, and keep pressing the UP button to press and cut the dough.

Then press the DOWN button shortly to low down the dough a little, and open the
top lid.
Push the UP button to easely take away the dough.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning. Ensure the machine is isolated from the power supply before
commencing cleaning or maintenance.
Caution. This unit is not water proof. Do not use water jet spray to clean
interior or exterior of this unit.
5.1 Daily Cleaning
After daily work, clean the machine as per following steps.
