User advice
For the first use, it is recommended to wash the interior of the bowl using washing agents
approved by PZH (National Hygiene Institute). The first batch of the cream should be

prepared in a reduced amount as it is not recommended to be used for consumption (see
table of recommended amounts of ingredients)
Sequence of actions:
1. Open the front cover (11), remove bowl lid (3), pour total amount of sugar, flour, ¼ of the
milk portion and all yolks accordingly to RECOMMENDED INGEDIENTS AMOUNT (4.5).
Replace the lid, close the front cover and start the machine. Reduce the temperature
on the controller to "0". Let the machine run for a few minutes without heating to obtain
smooth mass.
2. Stop the machine. Open the front cover, remove the lid and add the remaining
ingredients. After that, replace the bowl lid and the front cover. Start the machine again
and set the temperature and heating time according to the table and start the heaters (by
pressing the "I"- warming).
Bring to the boiling and then cook for about 5-7 minutes. Next, reduce the temperature
on the controller to "0" and allow the machine to continue mixing for a few minutes to cool
the mixture. Stop the machine, open the cover, remove the lid, remove the mixing tool and
slowly discharge the bowl.
The maximum amounts of ingredients for each mixing cycle are given in the table
RECOMMENDED QUANTITIES OF INGREDIENTS (4.5).
End of operation.
If the machine is not being used within next 30 minutes, it is recommended to fill the bowl
with water to the level of lately produced mixture, this will prevent product residuals from
drying. Failure to filling with water may cause problems during later washing of the bowl.
