The rotation of the mixing tool must follow the direction indicated by the arrow placed on the
top cover (2). When the machine does not work after power connection, the phases should
be reversed in the socket. Phase conformity sensor prevents form wrong direction
work.
Setting of required temperature on controller (27):

MACHINE START-UP

The mixing tool spigot in delivered machine is gently preserved with white food grade
grease. This is to protect the machine from harmful effects of moving tool friction against
inner wall of the bowl.
During normal operation greasing is provided by creamy products prepared by user. The
manufacturer allows the tests to start the machine, like heating some water + stirring for
about 1 hour. If the heated product is only water, it is necessary to check whether a fat film
is present on the mixing tool spigot. When working "dry" (without grease), increased friction
can cause the plug to rub in the socket. The symptom of the above is increased noise and
tremors coming out of bowl bottom.
