6. OPERATION

Before plugging to the mains, make sure that the mains voltage is the same as the voltage
indicated on the machine plate. Plug the machine to the power supply socket and turn the
ENG
emergency and main cut-out (25) to position 1. Turn the start-up switch (26) to position 1,
and do following:
• For machines with rotational speed switch (24) 0-1-2: select mixing tool speed. When
selecting 1, the rotational speed of the mixing tool is approximately 47, and in position 2
approximately 93 rpm.
• For machines with an inverter with stepless speed adjustment (24), using a potentiometer
select desired rotational speed: 0 - minimal, 10 - maximal.
Pressing the switch (21) will start the mixing tool operation. Using the time relay (19) button,
set the desired time of bowl heating, and select the mixing temperature on the temperature
controller. The red emergency switch (20) must be pulled off during operation.
Setting the time on rely (19):
Press button „SET"
icon to shorten work time (30 second intervals ), then press button „SET"
store time parameters.
Countdown begins when button „START"

The interrupted sound alarm of a driver activates according to the time set value. To switch
it off press the button.
Work with a timer
Move the knob switch (26) right, to position I. Next, press the start button
on the time relay (19). Set time countdown will begin. From this moment on, the heating
can be started using the button (22). The heating will be stopped when the set time has
been counted down, and then regular sound signalling will occur, which to stop, use the
STOP button
countdown will start again when you press the START button
When knob switch (26) is in position II, operation is done without time relay (19) – machine
operates in a continuous mode – controlled by means of buttons (22).
Attention: Emergency switch can only be used to switch the machine off in
emergency, and not for stopping it during normal operation
