ALARMEN BIJ ENKELE POMP.
In geval van simultane alarmen, verlaat de automatische modus en ga naar manuele modus door op de knop AUTOMATIC ON/OFF te drukken (led
lampje PUMP zal uitgaan). Door op pq te drukken, worden de opeenvolgende alarmen weergegeven. Bij weergave, druk ENTER om het menu te
verlaten, om naar de MANUAL modus terug te keren.
A1 DROOGLOOP ( Foutverificatie
BESCHRIJVING: als het systeem gedurende meer dan 10 seconden droogloop detecteert, zal het de pomp stoppen en het ART
(Automatische Reset Test) zal worden geactiveerd.
SYSTEEMREACTIE: na 5 minuten zal het ART het systeem trachten te herstellen door de pomp opnieuw gedurende 30 seconden te
starten. In geval van aanhoudend watergebrek, zal het elke 30 minuten voor 24 uur opnieuw proberen. Als, na al deze cycli het systeem nog
steeds watergebrek detecteert, zal de pomp permanent buiten werking blijven totdat het probleem is opgelost .
OPLOSSING: bij droogloop wordt het beveiligingssysteem geactiveerd: u dient de voeding van het hydraulisch leidingnet te controleren. De
pompen kunnen gevuld worden door de START/STOP knop (het led AUTOMATIC moet uit zijn, indien niet, druk de knop om uit te zetten).
Special Case: als de pomp de geprogrammeerde druk niet kan leveren (configuratiefout) reageert het apparaat als droogloop.
Special Case 2: dit apparaat beheert de droogloopcontrole via het nominale stroomverbruik van de pomp. Men dient de ingegeven
stroomconsumptie in het instelmenu te controleren.
A2 OVERBELASTING ( Foutverificatie
BESCHRIJVING: de pomp wordt voor overbelasting beschermd door de intensiteitswaarden vastgelegd in het installatiemenu. Deze
overbelastigen worden meestal gegenereerd door dysfuncties in de pomp of in de elektrische voeding.
SYSTEEMREACTIE: Bij detectie van de thermische storing, zal de pomp automatisch gestopt worden. Het systeem zal opnieuw trachten de
pomp op te starten als er vraag naar verbruik is. In deze omstandigheden zal het controlesysteem 4 pogingen uitvoeren. Als het systeem nade 4de poging
geblokkeerd blijft, zal de pomp definitief buiten werking blijven.
OPLOSSING: controleer de staat van de pomp, bijvoorbeeld de waaier kan geblokkeerd zijn. Controleer de intensiteitswaarden zoals
ingegeven in het configuratiemenu. Zodra het probleem is opgelost, wordt de werking hersteld door in het "SET UP" menu de gepaste
intensiteitswaarden te configureren (zie het hoofdstuk configuratie).
A3 DISCONNECTED P. ( Final failure)
DESCRIPTION: the apparaat has an electronic safety system in case of no load detection.
SYSTEM REACTION: the device is disconnected..
SOLUTION: the wound of the motor and the pump consumption should be verified. Once the problem have been solved the operation will be restored
going to the "SET UP" menu (see the chapter configuration) and introducing the adequate intensity values. Verify the fuses (see fig.3), in case of being
melt contact with technical service.
A5 TRANSDUCER ( Final failure)
DESCRIPTION: the transducer damages are showed in the LCD screen.
SYSTEM REACTION: the device operation is interrupted.
SOLUTION: check the external pressure transmitter.
A6 EXCESSIVE TEMP. Final failure
DESCRIPTION: the system has a cooling device to keep the INVERTER in optimum working conditions.
SYSTEM REACTION: if an excessive temperature is reached the own system leaves the inverter out of service and as consequence the pump too.
SOLUTION: verify the temperature environment should be under 50 ºC. Contact with technical service.
A7 SHORTCIRCUIT ( Final failure)
DESCRIPTION: the apparaat has an electronic system for protection against short circuits as well as peaks of current.
SYSTEM REACTION: the pump stops and then it starts again -performing 4 successive attempts. If the problem is not solved, the pump will remain
definitively out of order.
SOLUTION: check the pump, if the problem persists, contact the technical service.
A8 OVERVOLTAGE - A9 UNDERVOLTAGE ( Failure verification)
DESCRIPTION: the apparaat has an electronic safety system against overvoltages and too low supply voltages.
SYSTEM REACTION: in case of overvoltage or undervoltage the system remains stopped until an adequate value of voltage is reached. In this case, the
system is automatically restored.
SOLUTION: check the electric supply.
A12 MAX DRUK ( ) Finale fout
OMSCHRIJVING: het apparaat heeft een elektronisch systeem voor bescherming tegen maximum druk.
SYSTEEM REACTIE: Wanneer het apparaat een druk detecteert welke hoger is dan de geconfigureerde druk bij "P.MAX" gedurende een langere tijd dan
g e c o n f i g u r e e r d
bij "t P.MAX", zal het systeem zichtzelf uitschakelen.
OPLOSSING: Controleer de werkdruk en de maximum druk.
A13 P. MIN ( ) Finale fout
OMSCHRIJVING: het apparaat heeft een systeem voor bescherming tegen lage druk.
SYSTEEM REACTIE: Wanneer het apparaat een druk detecteert welke lager is dan de geconfigureerde druk bij "P.MIN" gedurende een langere tijd dan
g e c o n f i g u r e e r d
bij "t P.Min", zal het systeem zichzelf uitschakelen.
OPLOSSING: Controleer de installatie op lekkage, en de waarde van de geconfigureerde minimum druk.
A14 NIVEAU( ) Verificatie fout
OMSCHRIJVING: het apparaat heeft een externe aansluiting. Wanneer deze is geconfigureerd als "NIVEAU", zal dit het alarm activeren.
SYSTEEM REACTIE: De werking van het systeem wordt onderbroken totdat het niveau weer voldoende is.
OPLOSSING: Controleer de installatiecondities en/of de configuratie van de externe aansluiting als functie "NIVEAU".
ALARM INSTALLATION MASTER-SLAVE
A10 COMUNICA ( Failure verification)
DESCRIPTION: If you have configured a Master-Slave system and communication cable is disconnected or there is a bad connection, the system stops.
SYSTEM REACTION: The Master-Slave system stops and starts to operate individually.
SOLUTION: Check the cable connection and if this is OK, check the connection inside the unit. Check the configuration of the Master-Slave system (setup
menu).

SOLUTION: check the electric supply. In case of being in right conditions, the general fuse, located in the main plate (fig 1) should be verified.
