Training Selection

In the main menu, press the selection buttons UP or DOWN to select a training mode in this order:
MANUAL > Beginner > ADVANCED > SPORTY > CARDIO (target heart rate)
> WATT (target power). Confirm your selection with the ENTER key.
Manual mode "M"

1. Press the START key in the main menu to go directly to manual mode or press UP or DOWN to
select "M" on the display and confirm with the ENTER key.
2. Press UP or DOWN to set the initial value for the load level. (Image 4)
3. Press UP or DOWN and confirm with ENTER to make the following settings: TIME> DISTANCE>
CALORIES> PULSE. (Image 5)
4. Press START / STOP to start the training.
5. Press UP or DOWN during exercise to adjust the exercise level. (Image 6)
6. The WATT indicator and load level are displayed alternately. The adjustment of the load level can
only be done while the display shows 3 sec.
7. Press START / STOP again to pause. Press Reset to return to the main menu.
Interval Programs 1-12

1. Press UP or DOWN to select between the interval programs 01-12 and confirm with the ENTER
key. (Image 7)
2. Press UP or DOWN to increase or decrease all load levels and confirm with ENTER. (Image 8)
3. Press UP or DOWN to set the time.
4. Press START / STOP to start the workout and to adjust the load level during training UP or
DOWN.
