Refer to the maintenance schedule for checking, cleaning, and replacing components.
1 Use a wire brush to clean components to which weld spatter generally adheres and scour with compressed air. Mount
or replace, if necessary.
2 Check all cables and plastic sheaths for damage and soiling and replace if necessary.
3 Check that all connections are secure.

Cause
• Welding tractor has no power supply
• The fuse has blown
• Leads/transmission belt have come loose or
motor is blocked
• One or both guide rollers are defective
• Guide rollers are dirty
• Wheel is improperly attached
• Wheel is dirty

Troubleshooting
• Inspect the power cable and plug in
correctly, if necessary.
• Check the fuse and replace it as
needed. If it is functioning properly,
contact customer service.
• Consult your specialist dealer or the
manufacturer.
• Replace guide rollers

• Tighten the screw to attach the wheel
correctly.
• Clean/replace the wheel
