1.4.1 Changes to the manual's content
We reserve the right to make changes to this manual. ABICOR BINZEL is not liable for any errors in this documentation.
Liability for consequential damages that occur as a result of the supply or use of this documentation is excluded insofar as
permitted by law.

NOTICE
• The copyright of this operating manual remains with ABICOR BINZEL. It is intended for the operator of the machine
and its employees.
Copyright according to DIN ISO 16016:
The distribution and copying of this document as well as the utilization and communication of its contents to third
parties is prohibited, unless explicitly permitted. Violation obligates compensation for damages. All rights reserved with
regard to patent claims or submission of design or utility patent. Non-compliance could result in legal consequences.
1.4.3 Limit of liability
Any and all information contained in this operating manual has been written on the basis of pertinent standards and
regulations, the current state of technology, as well as our many years of knowledge and experience.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage due to the following:
• Non-compliance with these instructions
• Usage not in accordance with the designated use
• Deployment of untrained personnel
• Operating errors that result from insufficiently trained personnel
• Unauthorized conversions
• Technical modifications
• Use of uncertified spare parts
No responsibility shall be assumed for possible machine malfunctions due to loss of power or controller failure.
In the event of custom equipment versions, additionally ordered options, or recent technical changes, our actual scope of
supply may deviate from the explanations and descriptions given herein.
The obligations agreed in the delivery contract, the General Terms and Conditions, as well as the delivery conditions of the
manufacturer and the statutory regulations in force at the time of the signing of the contract apply.

1.4.4 Warranty

This product is an original ABICOR BINZEL product. Alexander Binzel Schweisstechnik GmbH & Co. KG guarantees
correct manufacture and assumes a factory production and function warranty for this product upon delivery, which is in line
with the most current technology and the regulations in force. If ABICOR BINZEL is responsible for a defect that is present,
ABICOR BINZEL is obliged to remedy the defect or deliver a replacement at its own cost and its own discretion. The
warranty covers manufacturing faults, but not damage resulting from natural wear and tear, overloading or improper use.
The warranty period equals 12 months ex works ABICOR BINZEL Buseck. Claims may be submitted only upon proof of
all serial numbers listed in original documents. The manufacturer shall verify and evaluate the claim. Wear parts and welding
torches are generally excluded from any warranty.
