8.1 – HOW TO RECORD VOCAL MESSAGES and LINK THESE TO EVENTS IN THE SEQUENCE ESTABLISHED AT THE FACTORY

When recording, talk close to the microphone, speaking the words clearly and checking the remaining recording time indicated in seconds
starting from 240 which is the maximum time available for all of the recordings. To listen back, press ↵ , to cancel press CANC.
If recording is satisfactory
press ESC to see:
When VOCAL MESSAGES 2 (3,4,5,6,7) appears, proceed in the same way to record all other messages.
Note: If a message is not recorded, the numbers associated with that message will not be called.
Note: The control panels with a GSM module also transmit a technical SMS for low battery warning. In this case message 6, vocal and SMS,
can be used for other purposes via the ADVANCED MESSAGES PROGRAMMING (A.M.P.) function. See Point 8.4 for information on this
function. For models with no GSM module, it is advisable not to change the function of message 6.
Note: Vocal alarm calls on GSM network are sent with a delay of about 15 seconds.
Existing vocal message: If VOCAL LISTENING is displayed instead of VOCAL RECORDING, a message has already been recorded. Listen
by pressing ↵ , cancel with CANC and record again or exit by pressing ESC.
Vocal message 7 – user instructions
Control panels with PSTN or GSM telephone transmitters can perform operations controlled remotely by telephone (see 5.0) by calling the
control panel and entering the appropriate commands. The user is conveniently reminded of these operations via the correct recording of
message 7 which can be listened every time the user calls the control panel. Naturally only the installer who programmes these operations can
record the appropriate message.
8.2 – HOW TO WRITE THE SMSs and LINK THESE TO THE AVAILBLE EVENTS

Write the message, correct errors using ← . Use 1 for a full stop and 0 for a space. Confirm the final text with ↵ , check and confirm the link to
the event as programmed at the factory. Use the ↓↑ arrows to pass from one SMS to the next, composing all the SMSs required.
8.3 – HOW TO REGISTER EVENT MESSAGES
The control panel "speaks" in real time, informing the user via pre-recorded messages which must be recorded as thoroughly as possible. If
these messages are not recorded, the vocal indications from the peripheral device are not available even if recorded (see 9.1 and text relating to
"Vocal label"). The recording procedure is the same as that for vocal messages. The indications of the various messages changes as follows:

If recording is satisfactory, press ESC. These words appear. Press ↓ to move on to the other event messages. After having recording them
all, press ESC to exit finally.
