b) Electrical outputs: Two telephone activated relays are available for the control of electrical charges of various types (see contact load).
c) Radio outputs: The control panel can access 16 telephone controls with local radio transmission (wireless) and 16 RX2/RX3 receivers which
can be installed in rooms to turn on lights or other electrical devices. These receivers are also activated by remote control, via the keypad and
the detectors.
3.0 – CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
3.1 – SECURITY PROTECTION – USER CODE – INSTALLER CODE
The control panel is provided with a factory code "0 0 0 0" which allows access to the programming procedure. During installation it is necessary
to change this code and create two new ones: USER code and INSTALLER code. If these two codes are forgotten, the control panel must be
opened, thus setting off a tamper alarm, the power supply disconnected and reconnected and the procedure restarted by entering the factory
code. This operation does not cancel any programming already performed.
a) INSTALLER CODE: Numeric code of 4 to 8 digits which allows access to all programming but not user operations
b) USER code: Numeric code of 4 to 8 digits which the user can change at any time in order to prevent the installer from partially or totally
activating or deactivating the control panel. This code allows for the following functions:
Total or partial arming of the control panel via the keyboard.
Placing the control panel in TEST mode for testing or battery change.
Reading the EVENT MEMORY
Programming/modification of listed telephone numbers (see paragraph on PROGRAMMING)
Recording/modification of all vocal messages (see paragraph on PROGRAMMING)
Addition/deletion of remote controls and/or numeric arming/disarming codes (see paragraph on PROGRAMMING)
Modification of supplementary hardwired key function (see paragraph on PROGRAMMING)
Modification of certain SETTINGS: Exclusion of radio or hardwired detectors (sensors) – Clock/date setting – Change of user code –
Change
of daylight-saving time – Change of display back-lighting – Change of automatic forced arming – Control panel firmware version check
Remote management access code change (see paragraph on PROGRAMMING – SETTINGS).
Note: Careless entry of the USER code can limit the efficiency of the entire system, therefore, it is advisable to be informed on the various
functions before making any changes or have the installer carry out these operations which can also be performed from a distance by remote
assistance.
4.0 – USER OPERATIONS
4.1 – TOTAL OR PARTIAL ARMING
Control panel keypad: Enter the numeric code, then press the red key - the following appears:
If the entire system is to be activated, press the red key once again; the control panel confirms arming. If, however, only a section of the system
is to be activated, exclude the zones which are to remain deactivated by pressing the keys 1 (A) , 2 (B), 3 (C); change if necessary by pressing
the numeric keys 1, 2, 3. When the desired configuration appears on the display, press the red key: the control panel confirms partial arming.
Supplementary keypads: The operation is the same as the one on the control panel but the indication of the zones to be activated is shown by
the LED lights A, B, C rather than on the display. The keypads also confirm total or partial arming (see specific instructions).
Remote controls: Press the red key to fully activate the system – press the white key to insert only zones A+B. The HT remote controls confirm
the operation via the flashing LED light. The above operations are set at the factory. The installer can configure the remote controls differently;
for example, so that B+C or A+C can be activated. In this case, the installer will assign a key to the operation desired.
4.2 - DISARMING
Control panel keypad and/or supplementary keypads: Enter the numeric code and press the green key - the control panel confirms
same.
Remote controls: Press the green key.
Note: Disarming is always total unless the remote controls and keypads are programmed otherwise. If some zones are required to remain
active, they must be armed after disarming has been performed.
Note: Disarming under threat One or more codes can be entered which allow for disarming but at the same time activate vocal robbery
messages and send the relative SMSs (models with GSM module).
Note: Models with GSM module: in case of difficulties in disarming the system while GSM phone connection after an alarm, please disarm the
system through the control panel keypad.
