FIRST USE

1.
Remove all packaging materials and any transport safeguards. Keep packag-
ing materials away from children – danger of suffocation!
2.
Confirm that all accessories mentioned have been supplied.
3.
Plug the lead cable into the socket on
the appliance first and then connect
it to a wall socket that corresponds to
the indications on the rating plate.
4.
Switch the appliance on using the
temperature selector. The red indica-
tor light lights up and the appliance
starts to heat up.
5.
When the indicator light turns off, the Crêpes Maker is ready for use.
6.
Allow the appliance to heat up for a while, in order to eliminate possible
manufacturing residues. Make sure the room is well ventilated during this
process. After the initial heating process the appliance might show signs
of wear, which do not affect its features and do not constitute a reason for
rejection.
7.
Let the appliance cool off for a while.
8.
Clean all parts with a damp cloth, as described in the chapter „Cleaning
and care".
9.
Clean the baking plate with a damp cloth and oil it slightly. Further oiling is
not necessary due to the coating of the plate.
PREPARING CRÊPES
1.
Prepare the dough for crêpes according to the basic recipe.
2.
Connect the plug of the appliance to the wall socket and switch the appli-
ance on using the temperature selector switch.

tor light turns off as soon as the appliance achieves the desired temperature.
4.
Put approx. 150 to 175 ml (corresponding to a soup ladle) of the prepared
dough in the centre of the baking plate and distribute the dough quickly and
evenly over the baking plate using the spreader. Always move the spreader
