protection for the mains connection. Single-pole
circuit breakers are not permissible.

Checking the direction of rotation
1. Check that the MT 826 DT is correctly connected
to the mains power supply.
2. Switch on the MT 826 DT with the On/Off switch.
3. Close the wheel guard or press the < I > button).
The shaft rotates.
4. Check the direction of rotation of the shaft.

The correct direction of rotation is indicated by a
yellow arrow on the MT 826 DT. This arrow is
situated to the right of the flange.

If the direction of rotation is incorrect, the MT 826 DT
comes to an immediate stop and displays the error
message "3" (see section Faults).

Calibration of MT 826 DT

Calibration must be performed after initial
commissioning.
1. Flange calibration.
2. Vernier caliper calibration.
3. MT 826 DT calibration.
4. Perform reference measurement.
