Login setting:
a. Press TOTAL RESET button to power on the console again; an easy way to reset and enter into POWER
ON status.
b. Choose U1, or U2, or U3, or U4
c. Then fill out your personal information and press MODE button to confirm – GENDER, AGE, HEIGHT,
WEIGHT.
Normal way to operate USER PROGRAM (P15)
A. ENTER USER PROGRAM (P15)

Press START/STOP to pause the current program.

b. Press RESET to return to main menu.
c. Then rotate MODE to select User Program (P16) and press MODE to
enter the program.
The USER SETTING PROGRAM allows the user to manually set
the torque/resistance level, the console will divide the time into 8
intervals. The user could through their preference to set the
desired torque/resistance level in each time interval
Rotate MODE button to set the EACH TIME INTERVAL OF
TORQUE/RESISTANCE LEVEL (1 TO 32
TORQUE/RESISTANCE LEVELS; 1 TORQUE/RESISTANCE
LEVEL INCREMENT), then press MODE button to confirm.
Continue following the above process to finish setting the
preference TORQUE/RESISTANCE LEVEL in 8 time intervals.
The program profile will be storied in the memory after setup. You
can modify the profile anytime under the STOP mode
