CONSOLE MONITOR YOUR CURRENT PULSE
• The console will monitor your actual pulse and adjust the resistance/torque level automatically to
keep your pulse within your TARGET HEART RATE ZONE.
• If you current pulse > (the value of the TARGET HEART RATE), the console would decrease one
resistance/torque level automatically and console buzzer will keep beeping to warm you to slow
down.
• If you current pulse < (the value of the TARGET HEART RATE), the console would increase one
resistance/torque level automatically after every one minute.
Drehen Sie MODE, um die gewünschte ZEIT (1:00 bis 99:00) einzustellen.
Count Up: Wenn keine Zielzeit ausgewählt wurde, zählt TIME von 0:00 bis maximal
99:59 Minuten hoch
Countdown: Wenn Sie die Zielzeit (1:00 bis 99:00 Uhr) eingestellt haben, zählt die
Konsole von dieser ausgewählten Zielzeit bis 0:00 herunter.
a. Press START/STOP to begin your exercise.

Press MODE to see each current workout value (SPEED, RPM, TIME, DISTANCE,
CALORIES, WATT, PULSE).
NOTE for HEART RATE:
You must place both of your hands on the Pulse Sensors located on the
Handlebar. Your pulse will be displayed approximately few seconds after the heart
symbol "
" is displayed.
If you do not place your hands correctly and a few seconds pass without a pulse
input, the console will turn off the pulse circuit and stop the program. The console
will then display an error message "P". Place your hands back on the Pulse
Sensors correctly, the pulse readout will appear again.
Rotate MODE to select the target heart rate (55%, 75%, 90%,
TARGET H.R.C.) and press MODE to confirm.
NOTE for TARGET H.R.C.:
The TARGET H.R.C. is able to set up from 30 ~ 230
BPM (BEATS PER MINUTE) ; 1 BPM INCREMENT)
