PULIZIA GENERALE
A FINE LAVORO
• Prima di effettuare l'operazione di pulizia, preme-
re i due pulsanti di STOP (7) o (15) e si accendo-
no i due led rossi (STAND BY), oppure togliere
tensione alla macchina scollegando fisicamente la
spina elettrica dalla presa di corrente.
• Con l'ausilio di un detergente sgrassante specifico
per superfici in acciaio inox, pulire tutte le super-
fici della macchina che richiedono questo inter-
vento.
I grassi contenuti nelle miscele di gela-
to sono campi ideali per la moltiplica-
zione dei batteri; per eliminarli è indi-
spensabile smontare tutte le parti a contat-
to con la miscela, rimuovere le guarnizioni
di tenuta e lavare il tutto con la massima
cura. Al termine del lavaggio e prima di ri-
montare i componenti, risciacquare con so-
luzioni disinfettanti.
E' consigliabile comunque attenersi
alle disposizioni sanitarie locali per la
produzione e vendita di gelato.
• Sarà beneficio dell'utilizzatore ritrovare la mac-
china in perfette condizioni alla ripresa del lavoro.

GENERAL CLEANING
AT THE END OF THE WORK CYCLE
• Before cleaning, press the STOP buttons (7) or
(15) to turn on the two red leds (STAND BY) or
power off the machine by disconnecting the
electrical plug from the outlet.
• Use a degreasing detergent specific for stainless
steel surfaces. Clean all the machine surfaces
requiring this kind of operation.
The fats contained in ice-cream mixes
are ideal places for the multiplication
of bacteria; to eliminate the bacteria it
is essential to remove all the machine parts
in contact with the mix, remove the seals and
wash everything very thoroughly. At the end
of washing, and before refitting the
components, rinse with disinfectant
solutions.
In any case it is advisable to comply
with the local health regulations for
the production and sale of ice-cream.
• It will be the user's advantage to find the machine
in perfect conditions at the time of the resumption
of work.
