MESSA IN FUNZIONE
DELLA MACCHINA
• Una volta che la macchina è allacciata alla rete
elettrica e sono stati collegati i tubi di entrata e
scarico acqua, verificare che il pulsante di emer-
genza (A) sia alzato (disinserito).
• Verificare che i due led (B) siano accesi (presenza
tensione).
• Aprire il coperchio.
• Introdurre il prodotto nella quantità desiderata e
chiudere il coperchio.
• Premere due volte il pulsante (1), si accenderà il
relativo led (verde); l'albero mescolatore inizia a
girare in senso ANTIORARIO accendendosi anche
il led (C) in automatico.
Se si preme il pulsante (1) con il coper-
chio aperto, non inizia il ciclo di lavora-
zione e sul display (8) compare la scritta "CO"
lampeggiante seguita da un segnale acusti-
co.
• A questo punto sul display (8) apparirà la tempe-
ratura del prodotto in quel momento; man mano
che il prodotto si scalda la temperatura sul display
aumenta fino ad arrivare al valore di "85°"
(preimpostato dal costruttore) e si udirà due volte
un "bip" di conferma.
• Il led del pulsante (1) a questo punto si spegne,
mentre l'albero mescolatore continua a girare (led
(C) acceso).

SETTING
THE MACHINE AT WORK
• After the machine has been connected with the
electrical network and the water inlet and outlet tubes
have been also connected, make sure that the
emergency button (A) is released (disconnected).
• Make sure that the two leds (B) are on (voltage
presence).
• Open the cover.
• Pour the quantity of product you wish and close
the cover.
• Press the button (1) twice. The corresponding
(green) led will turn on. The mixer shaft will start
rotating COUNTERCLOCKWISE. The led (C) will
automatically turn on.
If button (1) is pressed when the cover
is open, no working cycle will start. The
"CO" indication will start flashing on and off
on the display (8). It is followed by an audio
signal.
• At this point, the product temperature will appearon
the display (8). As the product starts pasteurising,
the temperature on the display will increase so as
to reach "85°" (pre-set by the manufacturer). A
confirmation "beep" will be heard twice.
• The button (1) LED switches off, while the mixer
shaft continues to rotate (LED (C) On).
