• Ruotare il convogliatore di miscela (D) come indi-
cato in (Fig. 1), assicurandosi che il coperchietto
(E) sia sempre abbassato.
• Spingere verso il basso il convogliatore (D) fino a
finecorsa (Fig. 2).
• Ruotare il pomello (F) in senso antiorario fino a
finecorsa e tirarlo in modo graduale (Fig. 3).
Nel caso in cui non si desideri più ripe-
tere il ciclo di pastorizzazione, riempi-
re immediatamente la vasca di acqua trami-
te la doccetta fino a coprire i coltelli (Fig. 4)
e lasciare girare l'albero mescolatore onde
evitare che sulle pareti della vasca si formi-
no delle incrostazioni.
Attenzione: non fare mai partire il ciclo
di riscaldamento con la vasca vuota.

• Rotate the mixture conveyor (D) as it is shown by
(Fig. 1). Make sure that the cover (E) is always
down.
• Push the conveyor (D) downwards as far as the
limit stop (Fig. 2).
• Rotate the knob (F) counterclockwise as far as
the limit stop and pull it gradually (Fig. 3).
If you no longer wish to repeat the
pasteurising cycle, fill the water tank
immediately by means of the tube in order
to cover the knives (Fig. 4). Let the mixer
shaft rotate to prevent any incrustation from
building up on the tank walls.
Attention: never let the heating cycle
start when the tank is empty.
