É obbligo del Cliente verificare che al momento del-
la consegna la macchina risponda a quanto richie-
sto sul contratto e non abbia subito danni nel tra-
sporto.
In tal caso non dovrà utilizzare la macchina e infor-
mare entro 6 giorni la ICETECH o il fornitore.
La responsabilità si intende limitata alla sola ripa-
razione o sostituzione di parti che a insindacabile
giudizio del Costruttore si dimostrassero non effi-
cienti.
É esclusa la sostituzione integrale dell'apparecchia-
tura, e non si riconoscono richieste di qualsiasi ri-
sarcimento per danni eventualmente causati o man-
cata produzione.
Dalla garanzia sono esclusi:
• Le rotture accidentali per trasporto.
• Rotture dovute ad un uso non corretto, o per incu-
ria ed inadeguata manutenzione.
• Difetti di funzionamento derivanti da un'errata
installazione.
• I componenti elettrici.
• É infine escluso dalla garanzia il prodotto riparato
o manomesso da terzi non autorizzati, nonchè gli
interventi per vizi o verifiche di comodo.

It is the Customer's responsibility at the time the
machine is delivered to check that it complies with
that required in the contract and that it has not
suffered any damage during transport.
In which case he must not use the machine and
must inform ICETECH or the supplier within 6 days.
Responsibility is understood to be limited to the
repair or replacement of parts which in the
Manufacturer's unquestionable judgement are found
to be faulty.
Complete replacement of the equipment is excluded,
and no claims will be accepted for any damage
possibly caused, or for lack of production.
The warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage due to transport.
• Breakage due to incorrect use, carelessness or
inadequate maintenance.
• Functional faults resulting from incorrect
installation.
• The electrical components.
• And lastly, the warranty does not cover the product
when repaired or tampered with by unauthorized
third parties, and interventions for faults or chance
checks.
