10.1 Disposing of hazardous or toxic materials

The materials used in DMX pumps do not pose any health risk to the person handling them. To
identify the specific materials, check the type key on the product nameplate and read the explana-
tion in the section Type key.

10.2 Disposing of the product
This product or parts of it must be disposed of in an environmentally sound way.
1. Use the public or private waste collection service.
2. If this is not possible, contact the nearest Grundfos company or service workshop.

● Observe the material safety data sheet of the dosing medium.
● Wear protective clothing when working on the dosing head, connections or
lines.
● Rinse the parts that have been in contact with the dosing medium.
● Collect and dispose of all chemicals in a way that is not harmful to persons or
the environment.
