e) Changing the master code
If you want to change the code length (e.g. from 4 digits to 5 digits), you must also reprogramme
the master code at the same time; see chapter 9. d).
If you want to leave the code length unchanged (e.g. 4 digits), it is sufficient to change the mas-
ter code (for example, if the factory setting

Proceed as follows:
• Enable the programming mode; see chapter 9. a).
• Enter . The control LED will flash yellow.
• Enter the new master code twice in succession.
Make absolutely sure that the number of digits of the new master code corresponds to
that of the old master code, for example, 4 digits.
• The code lock will emit a short and a long sound signal and the control LED will glow yellow
steadily. The new master code will be stored.
• Press the button to exit programming mode. The control LED will glow red steadily.
