The "Frame Filter" indicates which bits of the 1st and 2nd bytes of the CAN identifier are to be set (bit
= 1), to be reset (bit = 0) or are not to be considered (bit = X) so that the message can pass the filter
thus being considered for the bus statistics.
With the keys 0-9 or A-F the individual bits of the 16-bit mask can be changed.
With the key "ENTER" the bus statistics are indicated by using the entered filter.
