6. Special notes

Instruction manual
It is prohibited to burn the following fuels in the fire-
place insert:
- wet woods
- barks or particle board waste
- painted or coated woods
- fine wood chips
- plastics, cardboards
- kitchen and household waste
- coal (all types)
- combustible liquids
Please be aware that the surfaces of the fireplace
insert get very hot during operation (metals, ceramic
glass). For operating the fireplace insert, we recom-
mend using suitable protective gloves (provided with
every operation set).
In order to avoid heat accumulation within the appli-
ance, the hot air screens may not be closed during
heating operation.
Every appliance type has been designed for a defined
maximum amount of wood to be fed into the fireplace.
The maximum amount of wood may not be exceeded.
The guarantee obligation of the manufacturer will no
longer apply in the case of overload of the fireplace
insert with a larger amount of wood than allowed as
well as in the case of usage of fuels other than the
suitable fuels. Maximum amounts to be fed into the
fireplace:

If a ceramic supplementary heating surface is coupled
downstream of the fireplace insert, we recommend the
following feeding types:
