1. Foreword

You have bought a high-quality fireplace insert - thank you very much for your
trust.
This appliance is a top-quality product with a state-of-the-art fireplace technolo-
gy. This appliance is tested according to EN 13229. It is VKF registered and
complies with the strictest limits applicable throughout Europe. These are:
- BImSchV
- LRV class 2011
- 15a regulation
- Q seal of Holzenergie Schweiz
During the design phase of this model range, particular attention has been paid
to achieving lowest levels of contaminants, to reducing fuel requirements and to
setting efficiency as high as possible.
Due to the high operating comfort and fuel utilisation, the fireplace can be used
as a heat source and the fire provides a homely atmosphere.
Correct handling and maintenance (according to these instructions) are a pre-
requisite for fault-free operation and a long service life. Therefore, please read
these instructions carefully.
