3.3 Ölwechsel
Benötigtes Werkzeug : Sechskantschlüssel 12
mm OLV Kat-Nr. E6507617.
Den Ölwechsel immer bei betriebswarmer,
abgeschalteter Pumpe vornehmen.
Falls durch den angeschlossenen Prozeß die
Gefahr besteht, daß das Öl polymerisiert, den
Ölwechsel unmittelbar nach Betriebsende
durchführen.
Vorsicht
Pumpe im Betrieb ist warm und
Oberflächen könnten eine
Temperatur von mehr als 80 °C
erreichen.
Bei Berührung besteht Verbrennungsgefahr.
Ölablaßhahn öffnen und das Altöl in einen
geeigneten Behälter ablaufen lassen.
Sicherheitsvorschriften beachten !
Bei nachlassendem Ölfluß, Ölablaßschraube
wieder einschrauben, Pumpe kurz (max. 10 s)
ein-schalten und wieder abschalten.
Ölablaßschraube entfernen und das restliche Öl
ablassen.
Ölablaßhahn schließen. Schraube (8/60) aus der
Öleinfüllöffnung entfernen und frisches Öl bis
zur Mitte einfüllen.
Schraube wieder einschrauben.
Bei starker Verschmutzung sollte die Pumpe
gespült werden, indem man sie nur bis zur
unteren Markierung des Ölschauglases mit
frischem Öl füllt, sie kurze Zeit laufen läßt und
anschließend einen weiteren Ölwechsel
durchführt.
Achtung
Nur geeignetes Öl einfüllen (siehe Abschnitt 1.6).
Vorsicht
Aus der Pumpe und aus dem Öl können
- abhängig vom Prozeß - gefährliche
Stoffe entweichen. Angemessene
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen treffen!
Das Ölschauglass besteht aus starkem Glass das
speziell für solche Applikationen eingesetzt wird.
Nichtdestotrotz nicht auf das Ölschauglass
schlagen ! Es besteht Bruchgefahr. Falls das
Ölschauglass bricht, Pumpe ausschalten,
Schutzkleidung tragen (Handschuhe und mehr,
je nach Prozess), Öl am Boden putzen und
Ölschauglass wechseln. Kontaktieren Sie unseren
Service falls notwendig.

Achtung
Beachten Sie bei der Entsorgung gebrauchten
Öls die geltenden Umweltschutz-Vorschriften!

3.3 Oil Change

Tool required: hex key 12 mm OLV P/N E6507617.
Always change the oil when the pump is
switched off but still at working temperature.
If there is a risk of the oil being polymerized by
the connected process, the oil should be
changed immediately after operating the pump.
Warning
Pump in function is hot and
some surfaces could reach a
temperature higher than 80 °C
(176 °F).
There is a risk of burn by touching.
Open the drain valve and let the used oil drain
into a suitable receptacle.
Observe the safety rules !
When the flow of oil slows, screw the oil-drain
plug back in, briefly switch on the pump (max.
10 s) and switch if off. Remove the oil-drain plug
again and drain the remaining oil.
Close the drain valve. Remove the screw from
the oil-fill port and add fresh oil until it reaches
the middle.
Then reinstall the plugscrew.
If the oil is badly contaminated, the pump should
be flushed by filling it with fresh oil only up to
the lower mark of the oil-level glass, running it
for a short while and then changing the oil
again.
Important
Use suitable oil only (see Section 1.6).
Warning
Depending on the process involved,
dangerous substances may escape from
the pump and oil. Take the appropriate
precautions.
The oil sight glass is made of strong glass
specially used for such applications.
Nevertheless, avoid shocks on it ! Risks of
damage. In case of oil sight glass damage, stop
the pump, wear protection equipment (gloves
and more depending of the process), clean the
oil on the floor and change the oil sight glass.

3.3 Changement d'huile

Outillage nécessaire : Clé 6 pans12 mm OLV P/N
E6507617.
Le changement d'huile doit se faire pompe
arrêtée et à température de fonctionnement.
Dans le cas d'une application avec un risque de
polymérisation de l'huile, procéder au
changement de l'huile immédiatement à la fin
de l'opération.
Avertissement
La pompe en fonctionnement
est chaude et certaines surfaces
peuvent dépasser une
température de 80 °C.
Risque de brûlure par toucher.
Ouvrir le robinet de vidange et vidanger l'huile
contaminée dans un récipient approprié.
Respecter les consignes de sécurité !
Le flux d'huile diminuant, revisser le bouchon,
faire marcher la pompe pendant 10 sec. au
maximum et l'arrêter. Dévisser le bouchon et
vidanger le reste d'huile.
Fermer le robinet de vidange. Dévisser le
bouchon de remplissage et remplir d'huile neuve
jusqu'au milieu des repères du voyant. Revisser
le bouchon.
En cas de forte contamination, rincer la pompe,
en la remplissant jusqu'à la marque inférieure du
voyant de niveau d'huile. La faire marcher
pendant un court moment et procéder à une
autre vidange d'huile.
Attention
Ne faire le plein d'huile qu'avec de l'huile
appropriée (voir section 1.6).
Avertissement
Selon le processus, des matières
dangereuses peuvent émaner de la
pompe ou de l'huile. Prendre les mesures de
sécurité qui s'imposent !
Le voyant de niveau d'huile est constitué de
verre résistant spécialement utilisé pour ces
applications. Néanmoins, éviter les chocs sur le
voyant ! Il y a un risque de bris du voyant. En cas
de casse, arrêter la pompe, porter les
équipements de protections individuels (gants et
autres selon process), nettoyer l'huile sur le sol et
changer le voyant. Contacter le SAV le plus
proche en cas de besoin.
Respecter les consignes de sécurité !
Attention
Respecter les consignes en matière de protection
de l'environnement lors de la décharge de l'huile
usagée !
