Achtung
Der vorschriftsmäßige Anschluß
erfordert die Verwendung eines
geeigneten Schutzschalters gem. IEC 60204-1 &
61010-1.
Der Einstellwert des Motorschutzschalters muß
der Stromangabe auf dem Typenschild des
Motors entsprechen.
Der Motorschutzschalter muß in der Nähe der
Pumpe, zugänglich und klar identifiziert als
Pumpenschütz sein.
Der Drehstrommotor muß werden.
Dazu kann ein Schutzschlater Typ GV2 ME 08 von
Schneider Electric (oder ähnlich) von 2,5A bis 4A
einstellbar, eingesetzt werden für einen
Gebrauch bei Niederspannung und 4 bis 6.5 A
für einen Gebrauch bei Hochspannung.
Achtung
Nach dem Anschluß des Motors und
nach jedem Anschlußwechsel die
Drehrichtung prüfen.
Dazu die Pumpe ganz kurz (ca. 1 Sek.)
einschalten und sofort wieder ausschalten.
Überprüfen, daß die Pumpe ansaugt, indem z.B.
ein Gummistopfen oder Vaduummegerät am
Einlass montiert wird.
Falls die Pumpe in der falschen Drehrichtung
läuft, 2 Phasen am Anschluß gegeneinander
vertauschen.
Bei der Überprüfung sollte der Saugstutzen offen
sein. Bei falscher Drehrichtung kann Öl aus dem
Ansaugstutzen austreten.
Empfehlenswert ist eine Drehrichtungsprüfung
mittels Drehfeldanzeiger.
Wir weisen darauf hin, daß längerer Lauf mit
flascher Drehrichtung zu Schäden in der
Vakuumpumpe führt.
Der Erdauschluss wird durch das Leitungskabel
gewährleistet.
Vorsicht
Die Überwachungseinrichtungen sind
so zu verdrahten, daß nach einer
Abschaltung durch die Überwachungseinrichtun-
gen oder Netzprobleme die Pumpe nur durch
einen von Hand bewußt durchgeführten
Vorgang wieder gestartet werden kann.
Bitte sicherstellen, dass das Leistungskabel den
ölkasten nicht berührt !

Caution
For proper connection, a suitable
motor protection switch must be used
in acc. with IEC 60204-1 & 61010-1.
The setting of the motor protection switch must
agree with the ampsrating on the nameplate.
The motor protection switch must be close to
the pump, accessible and clearly identified as the
pump switching device.
The three-phase AC motor must be protected by
a protection breaker type GV2 ME08 from
Schneider Electric (or similar) adjustable from
2,5A to 4A for a usage at low voltage and 4 to 6.5
A for a usage at high voltage.
Caution
After connecting the motor and after
every change of connection, check the
direction of rotation.
To do so, switch on the pump very briefly
(approx. 1 sec.) and immediately switch it off
again.
Verify that the pump operates correctly by
placing e.g. a rubber plug or vacuum gauge on
pump inlet.
If the pump runs in the wrong direction, shut off
the power and interchange 2 phases of the
connection.
For the rotation check the pump should be open.
It is advisable to check the direction of rotation
with a phase-sequence indicator.
If the pump is run for too long in the wrong
direction, it can be damaged.
The earth connection is done through the mains
cable.
Warning
If any security switch or electrical
defect cuts out the pump, re-start-up
of the pump has only to be possible by a manual
action.
Please make sure that the power cable doesn't
touch the pump oil casing !
Prudence
Le branchement réglementaire exige
l'emploi d'un contacteur thermique
approprié selon CEI 60204-1 & 61010-1.
La valeur de déclenchement de la protection du
moteur doit correspondre à l'intensité du moteur
indiquée sur la plaque d'identification.
Le dispositif de protection moteur doit être à
proximité de la pompe, facilement accessible et
clairement identifié comme dispositif de coupure
de la pompe.
Le moteur triphasé doit être protégé par un
dispositif de protection par exemple GV2 ME08
de Schneider Electric ajustable de 2,5A à 4A pour
une utilisation à haute tension et de 4 à 6.5 A
pour une utilisation en basse tension.
Avertissement
Après branchement du moteur et après
chaque rebranchement, contrôler le
sens de rotation.
Pour ce faire, faire tourner la pompe pendant
environ 1 seconde, et l'arrêter aussitôt.
Vérifier que la pompe aspire en plaçant par
exemple un bouchon ou jauge à l'aspiration.
Dans le cas où la pompe tourne en sens inverse,
intervertir deux phases sur la plaque à bornes.
Il est conseillé d'utiliser un indicateur d'ordre de
phases pour ce contrôle.
Nous précisons qu'un fonctionnement prolongé
en marche inverse peut entraîner des dommages
dans la pompe.
La connexion de mise à terre se fait par le câble
de puissance.
Avertissement
Lors d'un arrêt de la pompe déclenché
par panne d'alimentation en énergie ou
tout système de sécurité, le redémarrage de la
pompe ne doit être possible que par un
enclenchement manuel.
Veuillez vous assurer que le câble de puissance
ne touche pas le carter.
