11. Programming/operation

a) Assignment of FS20 SN in the address system

Please note:
The components of the FS20 wireless switching system do not respond to
remote signals with factory settings. They have to be assigned by the transmitter
according to the respective operating instructions.
Only then can they be controlled by the transmitters.
All the settings such as address assignment, encoding, timer programming etc. can be
programmed with the four buttons on the board inside FS20 SN.

After programming, the wireless proximity switch FS20 SN is fully operational
and no more input is needed.
FS20 SN is part of the FS20 wireless switching system. You can, of course, integrate it into its
code and address system if you want to operate multiple different devices of the FS20 wireless
switching system simultaneously.
At first use, the wireless proximity switch FS20 SN automatically assigns a random house code
and uses the standard address assignment of the transmission channels.

You only need to change the automatic settings if you intend to operate multiple
devices of the FS20 wireless switching system. House code and address
assignments can be made or changed anytime.
For the encoding of the transmitters and their separate buttons, the house code, an address
group and a sub-address are used. Special address assignments allow you to programme
FS20 SN as local or global master.


Use the four buttons on the board inside the housing to enter the 8-digit house code, the 2-digit
address group and the 2-digit sub-address (see chapter 8. c).
