7. Functional description

a) Functions

FS20 SN features the following functions:
• Generation of switching command when e.g. a hand gets close to the sensor
• Vandal-proof and humidity-proof incorporation of sensor and electronic parts in a water-
proof IP65 housing
• Mobile use with battery operation
• Freely placeable, fixed installation possible
• Integration into the FS20 coding and address system to allow clear differentiation from
neighbouring systems as well as the control of several assigned receivers
• 2 switching channels that can be set separately:
- Separate activation of channels
- On-time adjustable between 0.25 seconds and 4.25 hours (255 minutes)
- Action of receiver selectable (transmission command)
- Timer programming of receiver (1 sec to 4.5 hrs) and slow on/slow off function
for dimmers
- Acoustic control signal with selectable confirmation sound
