i) Switching the DCF reception on/off

As already mentioned in Chapter 10, the DCF reception can be switched on or off.
• Once the batteries have been inserted, the DCF reception is automatically switched on.
• Switch the DCF reception off by pressing the button „ " on the front of the weather station
until the radio tower icon on the bottom left of the display disappears (see page 3, pos. 7,
press the button for approx. 2 seconds).
• Press the " " button on the front again for about 2 seconds to switch the DCF reception
back on. The radio tower icon is displayed flashing. This means that the weather station is
carrying out a signal search for the DCF signal.
Do not move the weather station during that time.
The signal search can take 3-10 minutes.
• Of course you can also set the time and date of the weather station manually if you do not
get any DCF radio reception.


j) Switching the hour/date display
By pressing the "MODE" button briefly, you can switch between the different display formats
in succession:
• hour/minute/second
• hour/minute/weekday
• hour/minute/weekday of set time zone
• hour/minute/second of set time zone
• date
