q) Alarm functions

Selecting the alarm function

Press the "ALARM" button briefly until the desired alarm function appears:
• Weekday alarm (display "
The alarm function is only triggered on weekdays.
• Single alarm (display "
The alarm function is only triggered once, then it is automatically switched off.
• Pre-alarm at low temperatures (display "PRE AL")
At low outdoor temperatures below about 2°C, the so-called pre-alarm is triggered at a set
time (15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes) before the actual alarm time. This gives you sufficient
time to e.g. clear your windscreen from ice or to shovel snow.

Switching the alarm function on/off

First, select the desired alarm function with the "ALARM" button as described above.
With the " " and " " buttons on the front of the weather station, the respective selected alarm
function can be switched off ("OFF" display) or on (alarm time display).

Setting the alarm time

• First, switch on the alarm function with the " " and " " buttons on the front of the weather
station as described above.
• Press the "ALARM" button (approx. 2 seconds) until the hours of the alarm time start to
flash.
• Set the hours with the " " and " " buttons on the front of the weather station.
• Briefly press the "ALARM" button, the minutes of the alarm time flash.
• Set the minutes with the " " and " " buttons on the front of the weather station.
• Complete the setting by briefly pressing the "ALARM" button.
