TROUBLE-SHOOTING

The trouble-shooting chart below can be used for locating faults. In case of doubt the user should contact the service
department.
VEHICLE LIFT DOES NOT RAISE
A. No mains power.
B. Oil level too low.
C. Air in pump (only possible after the tank has been
empty).
D. Pressure relief valve opens because of overloading.
E. Pump has insufficient flow.
F. Tracks out of level.
G. "Overrule" button is blinking (0.5 sec on, 0.5 sec
off) (see Control box fig. 2.1)
Have fault corrected by recognised electrician.
Top up, see "Lubricating instructions" sticker on post.
Steadily press buttons MS and M1 up to M4 at the same
time for 1 minute.
- Vehicle lift overloaded.
- Pressure relief valve not properly adjusted; have it
adjusted by service department.
Have pump changed by service department.
Operate the push buttons inside the control box.
Press MS (to overrule main relay) together with UP to
raise the lift or MS together with DWN to lower the lift.
Note that the lift will try to level without being
stopped by the safety settings of the system.
Please be sure that when using MS and DWN
(lowering) all safety catches are released; it is better
first to lift for approx. 30 mm with MS and UP.
If fault is repeated consult the service department.
Columns may be out of level.
The lifting function can be overruled for 2 seconds by
operating the "overrule" button and then the lifting
button. The lift is still out of level if normal lifting or
lowering is not possible. Before mentioned operation can
be repeated until height differcences are minimized by
the control system and normal lifting is possible.
