4.2.8
Wall mains outlet (optional)
- Only use by a wall mains outlet box 3 x 230V and 3 x 400V
- It can be installed either on the track or on the column, use terminal A1 (null) and A2 (phase) in the control box, the
outlet is then protected by the main fuses. Connect the grounding wire to the grounding rail in the top of the control
box. Do not connect the wall mains outlet box to the track lights!! The fuses of this circuit are dimensioned for the
use of track lights only. For electric scheme see fig. K.
4.2.9
Finishing Assembly during the hardening of the chemical anchors.
The following parts are fastened during the reaction time of the chemical anchor bolts.
-
Fasten ramp plates (E.6, E.7 and E.8) to the tracks with shafts (E.1) and circlips (E.10).
-
Fasten gas springs (E.12) to ramp plate (E.6) and bracket (E.2) with nuts (E.13) (take care to locate the right position
of the ball hinge on the bracket).
-
Fasten strip (E.4), spacer plates (E.5) with bolts (E.11); determine the number of spacer plates (E.5) so the flap (E.8)
lies flat on the track with the track in its lowest position.
-
Fasten the anti-roll device (E.15) with shaft (E.14) and shaft retainer rings (E.10).
-
Install the supports (D.6) and the lock-nuts (D.4) to the bottom plate of the tracks. The supports should be adjusted so
that the floor is just reached with the tracks in the lowest position.
ST 4175
- Install the pre-assembled threaded rod with nuts,
washers and the round plastic nut (F.7, F.3, F.5,
F.2) into the guide block (see fig. F).
- Secure plastic nut (F.4) by putting the split pin
(F.4) into the bushing.
- Assemble the cover F.6 and fasten this cover with
bolts and washers (F.8, F.9) to the track.
-
Install the air exhausts (H.20) on the cylinders.
-
Raise the lift to full height and fit the pawl (B.16) and solenoid (B.13) with the clamp plate (B.14) and special nut
(B.15) in all 4 posts.
-
Lower the lift in the safety catches and check the adjustment of the catches according to fig. 4.6.
-
The vehicle lift can be permanently connected to the mains by a recognised electrical engineer. In the event
that 3 phases are used without a zero conductor, the lighting and wall mains outlet will not function. Exception to this
is 3x220V in Europe (UK, Belgium, Norway and Sweden). In this case the lights must be connected to L2 and L3.
-
Tie off the control cables with Ty-wraps to the motor support.
-
Install the cover of the hydraulic unit (B.1) with bolt M10x20 (B.29), washer A10 (B.30) and nut M10 (B.31).
-
Fasten the cable channel (I.17 and I.16) with screws and washers (I.26, I.27, I.28 and I.29) to spacers (I.18 and I.19).
-
Slide the plastic profile (C.23) in housing (C.10) and place plastic caps (C.60) on the casings (C.10).
-
Attach the stickers and type plate according fig. M.
