MANUTENZIONE
A 8.9 Separatore di amalgama
con centrifuga
Sostituire il recipiente di amalgama pieno
- Spegnere l'apparecchiatura.
- Spostare in alto la staffa di arresto ed
estrarre il modulo completo.
- Staccare il recipiente monouso dal
modulo con quattro tappi a scatto e
sostituirlo.
Prima di inserire il nuovo recipien-
te, conviene pulire i sensori @
nonché la reticella " della pompa
per mezzo di un tovagliolo.
- Reinserire il modulo nel sistema
separatore di amalgama.
Prima di inserire il modulo,
ingrassare con Vaseline gli anelli
toroidali dei raccordi.
Smaltire i recipienti di amalgama
Si devono assolutamente osservare
le istruzioni allegate all'imballaggio.
- Svuotare disinfettante nel recipiente da
smaltire.
- Chiudere il recipiente di amalgama pieno
con coperchio di sicurezza.
I recipienti di raccolta devono essere spediti
nei cartoni forniti dalla KaVo all'indirizzo
indicato nelle informazioni brevi.
I cafrtoni non devono mai essere
spediti direttamente alla KaVo!
Il materiale spedito viene sottoposto ad uno
speciale procedimento di riciclaggio.
Lei riceverà subito un recipiente di raccolta
vuoto ed una ricevuta relativa alla quantità di
particelle solide da Lei spedite.
Attenzione!

Avviso importante

La pulizia del sistema di separazione
dell'amalgama deve essere eseguita soltanto
con detergenti adatti, come ad esempio
®
Aseptoclean per tutti gli apparecchi KaVo.
Aseptoclean ® è reperibile presso i negozi
specializzati.

Remplacement du collecteur d'amalgames
plein
- Mettre l'équipement hors tension.
- Relever l'étrier d'arrêt et retirer le module
complet.
- Séparer le collecteur d'amalgames jetable
du module en ouvrant les quatre fermetures
à déclic et le remplacer par le nouveau
collecteur.
Avant de mettre en place le
nouveau collecteur, essuyer avec
une serviette les trois capteurs @
ainsi que le filtre " de la pompe.
- Remettre le module dans le système de
séparation d'amalgames.
Avant de remettre le module,
graisser les joints toriques aux
points de contact avec de la vaseline.
Récupération des collecteurs d'amalgames
Respecter impérativement les
instructions jointes à l'emballage.
- Vider le désinfectant contenu dans le
collecteur à récupérer.
- Fermer le collecteur d'amalgames
plein avec le couvercle de sécurité.
Les collecteurs d'amalgame, conditionnés
dans les cartons fournis par KaVo, doivent
être envoyés à l'adresse indiquée dans la
note d'information.
Ne les renvoyer en aucun cas
directement à KaVo!
Le matériel envoyé est traité suivant un
procédé de recyclage spécial. Vous
recevrez par retour de courrier un collec-
teur vide ainsi qu'un certificat indiquant la
quantité d'amalgame que vous avez envoyée.
Attention!

Remarque importante

Le système du collecteur d'amalgame ne
doit être nettoyé qu'avec un produit spécial.
Dans le cas des appareils KaVo, il s'agit de

l'Aseptoclean .

spécialisé.

Replacing a full amalgam collector
- Switch off the unit.
- Move the locking bar up and remove the
complete module.
- Remove the disposable collection receptacle
from the module by opening the four snap
locks and replace with a new receptacle.
Wipe the three sensors @ and the
strainer " on the pump with a
paper napkin before installing the
new receptacle.
- Replace the module in the amalgam
separator system.
Grease the O-rings on the connec-
tions with vaseline before reinserting
the module if necessary.
Disposing of amalgam collectors
The directions included with the
shipping carton must be observed.
- Pour disinfectant into the receptacle to be
disposed of.
- Close the full amalgam collection re-
ceptacle with the safety lid.
The collectors must be packed in the
cartons provided by KaVo and sent to the
address indicated in the brief operating
instructions.
Do not send directly to KaVo!
The materials returned will be treated in a
special recycling process. After a short
time, you will receive another empty
collector and a letter stating the amount of
heavy particles recycled.

Use only suitable agents to clean the
amalgam separating system. The agent
suitable for all KaVo units is Aseptoclean
®
