TURNING OFF THE DEVICE

The treadmill can be turned off at any time by disconnecting the power supply — this will not damage the equipment.
Technical notes
Before starting your workout, ensure that the power is turned on.
If you encounter any problems with the device, please contact your retailer.
Persons without technical qualifications should not attempt to dismantle or repair the treadmill.
Safety precautions during exercise
Before starting your training, consult a specialist who will select the appropriate intensity, frequency and duration of your exercise.
In case of chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, irregular heartbeat or other discomfort, stop exercising immediately and consult a
doctor.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always disconnect the power cord before cleaning.
Regularly remove dust from the components and exposed parts on the sides of the treadmill.
Ensure that your exercise footwear is clean — this prevents the transfer of dirt.
Clean the treadmill belt with a damp cloth and soapy water, avoiding contact with electrical components.
Warnings
Always disconnect the power supply before removing the motor cover.
The motor cover should be opened at least once a year to remove dust.
Lubricating the treadmill
The treadmill belt is lubricated at the factory.
Friction between the belt and the platform affects the service life and performance of the device — lubrication is necessary.
Check the condition of the belt regularly. If damaged, contact a service centre.
Lubrication schedule:
We recommend purchasing lubricating oil from local dealers or directly from our company.
Additional tips
After 2 hours of continuous use, switch off the power and leave the treadmill running at idle speed for 10 minutes.
A belt that is too loose may slip; one that is too tight puts strain on the motor and increases roller wear.
Optimal tension: the belt can be raised by 50–75 mm on each side.
