4 Safety Precautions

2 Handlebar
The handlebar is used to hold, guide and
transport the lawn mower.
3 Control bar for self-propulsion
The control bar switches the self-propulsion
on and off.
4 Quick release clamps
The quick release clamps attach the handle‐
bar to the retainers and are used to fold down
the handlebar.
5 Cutting height lever
The lever is used to set the cutting height.
6 Fuel tank cap
The fuel tank cap closes the opening for filling
gasoline.
7 Filter cover
The filter cover covers the air filter.
8 Wheel fork
The wheel fork is used for transport and to
adjust the front cutting height.
9 Swivel axle
The swivel axle is used to set the cutting
height.
10 Retaining ring
The retaining ring prevents an excessive lift‐
ing of the wheel fork.
11 Adjustment element
The adjustment element serves to fasten and
unlock the front wheel and to adjust the front
cutting height.
12 Spark plug boot
The spark plug boot connects the ignition
cable to the spark plug.
13 Discharge flap
The discharge flap closes the discharge
chute.
14 Fastener for discharge flap
The fastener holds the discharge flap in
place.
15 Muffler
The muffler reduces noise emissions.
16 Motor oil cap
The motor oil cap closes the opening for
pouring in motor oil.
17 Starter grip
The starter grip is used for starting the
engine.
