Make sure that the bearing support (14) is above
the foot with wheel axle (12).

Pay attention to the position of the hole.

Push the M8x65 hexagonal screw through the
hole.
6.
Fix the screw with a washer, a spring washer and
an M8 nut.
7.
Secure the opposite side using the locking plate
(15) and the two M8x20 hexagon bolts.
8.
Fix the screws with a washer, a spring washer and
an M8 nut each.
9.
Tighten all screws using two open-ended span-
ners (AF13) (not included in the scope of delivery).

Fitting mixing unit (2) (enclosed accessories
bag E) (Fig. 8)
1.
Insert an M10x20 Phillips screw from the outside
through the lower part of the drum (10).
2.
Push one rubber washer each onto the Phil-
lips-head screws just inserted in the lower drum
part (10).
3.
Now place the mixing unit (2) on the mounted
cross-head screws and fix it with one washer, one
spring washer and one M10 nut each.
4.
The mixing unit (2) is not tightened until the upper
part of the drum (9) has been mounted.

Fitting drum upper section (9) (enclosed ac-
cessories bag F) (Fig. 9)
1.
Put the upper part of the drum (9) on the lower part
of the drum (10). Make sure that the fixing holes of
the upper and lower drum align with each other.
2.
Attention! The glued-on arrows mark the exact
alignment of the drum lower section (10) and drum
upper section (9).
3.
Fix the upper part of the drum (9) by inserting the
ten M8x20 screws, the spring washers and wash-
ers.
4.
Then tighten the screws crosswise using an
open-ended spanner AF13 (not included in the
scope of delivery).
5.
Insert one M10x20 Phillips screw each through the
upper part of the drum (9) from the outside.
6.
Push one rubber washer each onto the Phil-
lips-head screws just inserted in the upper part of
the drum (9).
7.
Attach the upper end of the mixing unit (2) by plac-
ing it on the Phillips screws just inserted. Fix it with
one washer, one spring washer and one nut M10
on each.

8.
Finally, tighten all four screws in the lower drum
section (10) and upper drum section (9) using a
Phillips screwdriver and an open-end spanner
AF16 (not included in the scope of delivery).

Installing the swivel wheel (7) with locking disc
(13) (enclosed accessories bag G) (Fig. 10)
1.
Push the swivel wheel (7) with the pre-assembled
locking disc (13) onto the outer flange.
2.
Fix this to the mounting bracket (13a) with the two
hexagonal screws M8x20 and one washer, one
spring washer and one nut M8 each. Make sure that
the screws are inserted from the inside to the outside.
3.
Then tighten the screws using one or two
open-ended spanners (AF13) (not included in the
scope of delivery).

Installing the motor unit (4) (enclosed acces-
sories bag H) (fig. 11)
1.
Position the motor unit (4) such that the threaded
bolts match the holes.
2.
Now push the motor unit (4) completely onto the
shaft.
3.
Then secure the motor unit (4) to the threaded
bolts using two washers and two M8 lock nuts.
4.
Push the hexagon bolt M8x70 through the mount-
ing bracket on the motor unit (4) and the hole in the
frame centre section (11).
5.
Fix the screw with a washer, a spring washer and
an M8 nut.
6.
Tighten all screws and nuts using two open-end-
ed spanners (AF13) (not included in the scope of
delivery).
10. Start-up
m Attention!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled before
commissioning!
Only operate the concrete mixer if no parts (e.g. protec-
tive covers) are missing or faulty and if the connection
cable is not damaged.
10.1 Setting up
• Set up the concrete mixer horizontally on level, firm
ground. Prevent the machine from sinking.
• Do not set up the concrete mixer on the connection
cable!
• Lay the connection cable so that it cannot be kinked,
crushed or damaged in any other way.
