8. Unpacking
• Remove the concrete mixer from the box with two
people.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the device and accessory parts for transport
damage. In the event of complaints the carrier must
be informed immediately. Later claims will not be
recognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating instructions before using for the first time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Spare parts
can be obtained from your specialist dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for the product.

The device and the packaging are not children's
toys! Do not let children play with plastic bags,
films or small parts! There is a danger of choking
or suffocating!
9.
Assembly / Before commissioning
m Attention!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled before
commissioning!
In order to make assembly easier, assembly must be
carried out by two persons.
The enclosed accessory bags (A to H) contain all the
small parts required for assembly (see Fig. 3).
Tools required for assembly (not included in the scope
of delivery):
• 2x Open-ended spanner, AF10
• 2x Open-ended spanner, AF13
• 1x Open-ended spanner, AF16
• 1x Combination pliers
• 1x Phillips screwdriver
9.1
Fitting the transport wheels (5) (enclosed ac-
cessory bag A) (Fig.4)
1.
Place the transport wheels (5) on both sides of the
foot with wheel axle (12).
2.
Then push a washer onto the wheel axle on both
sides.
3.
Insert a split pin through the outer hole of the
wheel axle on both sides.
4.
Secure the transport wheels (5) by bending the
split pins apart with suitable combination pliers
(not included in scope of delivery).
9.2
Installing the foot (8), actuating rod (16) and
extension rod (17) on the frame middle sec-
tion (11) (enclosed accessories bag B) (Fig. 5)
1.
Hold the foot (8) to the frame middle section (11) as
shown. Select the holes such that the foot (8) is in
the lower position.
2.
Push the two M8x70 hexagonal screws through
the holes.
3.
Fix the screws with a washer, a spring washer and
an M8 nut each.
4.
Tighten all screws using two open-ended span-
ners (AF13) (not included in the scope of delivery).
5.
Guide the actuating rod (16) from below through
the mounting bracket provided.
6.
Insert the spring from above over the actuating rod
(16) and hold it in position by inserting the split pin
into the lower hole.
7.
Connect the actuating rod (16) to the extension rod
(17) using the M6x30 hexagon bolt. Fix it with an
M6 nut.
8.
Tighten the screw using two open-ended spanners
(AF10) (not included in the scope of delivery).
9.3
Installing the foot with wheel axle (12) and
transport wheels (5) on the frame middle sec-
tion (11) (enclosed accessories bag C) (Fig. 6)
1.
Hold the foot with wheel axle (12) to the frame mid-
dle section (11).
2.
Push the two M8x70 hexagonal screws through
the holes.
3.
Fix the screws with a washer, a spring washer and
an M8 nut each.
4.
Tighten all screws using two open-ended span-
ners (AF13) (not included in the scope of delivery).
9.4
Fitting drum lower section (10) (enclosed ac-
cessories bag D) (Fig. 7)
1.
Fit the bearing support (14) onto the drum lower
section (10) at the intended location as illustrated.
2.
Fix the lower part of the drum (10) with the secur-
ing ring (see illustration).
3.
At the same time, insert the bearing of the drum
lower section (10) with the premounted bearing
support (14) into the opening of the machine stand.
