Einbau der Kugellager und Wellendichtringe
• Sperradanschlag O eventuellentfernen(nur Ausführung
RX).
• Gehäuse auf 60 - 100 oc erwärmen.
• Beide Zylinderstifie für den Kupplungsdeckel entfernen.
• Hinweis: Gehäusehälfte auf eine geeignete Plan-
fläche legen, um Beschädigung der Dicht-
flächen zu vermeiden.
• Wellendichtring O der Kurbelwelle entfernen.
• Kugellager O der Kurbelwelle mit geeignetem Dorn aus-
pressen. Der Einbau erfolgt analog dazu, wobei die ge-
schlossene Seite des Käfigs nach innen zeigen muß.
• WellendichtringO der Kurbelwellemit einem Montage-
stempel O von außen nach innen einpressen.

• Hinweis: Die Dichtlippe des Wellendichtringes muß
nach außen zeigen. Der Wellendichtring
darf keinesfalls am Kugellager anstehen.
• Die Kugellager der Vorgelegewelle O und Hauptwelle
mit einem entsprechenden Dorn auspressen.Der Einbau
erfolgt analog dazu.
Hinweis: Beim Vorgelegewellenlager O muß die
geschlossene Seite des Käfigs nach au-
ßen zeigen. Beim Hauptwellenlager O
muß die geschlossende Seite nach innen
zeigen.
• Senkschraube M5 0 mit Haltescheibe lösen und Kugella-
ger O derAusgleichswelle auspressen.DerEinbauerfolgt
analog dazu, wobei die Senkschraube M5 mit LOCTITE
221 zu sichern ist.
• Hinweis: Die geschlossene Seite des Käfigs muß
nach außen zeigen.
• Beide Zylinderstifte O für den Kupplungsdeckel einpres-
sen.

Crankcase half, clutch side—removal andrefitting
of ball bearings and oil seals
• If fitted (only on version RX) remove ratchet gear stop O.
• Preheat crankcase half to 60 - 100 oc.
• Pull out both dowel pins O for the clutch cover.
• Note: Place crankcase half on suitable plane
surface to prevent any damage to sealing
face.
Remove oil seal O of crankshaft.
•
Press out ball bearing O of crankshaft with suitable punch.
•
Refitting analogous, with closed side of bearing cage
pointing inwards.
To refit the oil seal o
of the crankshaft press it in position
•
from outside inwards by insertion punch

• Note: The sealing lip of the oil seal has to point
outwards. The oil seal must not rest on ball
bearing.
Press out ball bearing O of clutch shaft and mainshaft O
•
with appropriate punch. Refitting analogous.
Note: The closed side of the bearing cage of
clutch shaft bearing O has to point
outwards, and on mainshaft bearing
the closed side must point inwards.
Remove countersunk screw M5 0 and retaining washer
•
and press out ball bearing O of the balance shaft. Fitting
of bearing analogous, secure countersunk screw M5 with
LOCTITE 221.
• Note: The closed side of the ball bearing cage
has to point outwards.
Press both dowel pins O into position in clutch cover.
