Vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
• 2 egg yolks
• 200 ml milk (3.5% fat)
• 200 ml whipping cream (30% fat)
• 50 g icing sugar
• 1–2 sachets of vanilla sugar
Note: Add fruit as desired and sweeten to taste.
Orange and lemon sorbet
Ingredients
• 4 oranges
• 2 lemons
• 100 g icing sugar

How to make the recipe:
• Beat the egg yolks, icing sugar and vanilla sugar until the
mixture becomes light in colour.
• Add the cold milk.
• Whip the whipping cream until stiff.
• Stir the whipped cream into the prepared mixture until you
have a homogeneous ice cream mixture.
How to make the recipe:
• Juice the oranges and lemons.
• Mix the orange and lemon juice with the icing sugar until
it has dissolved.
