Instructions for safe operation
• Thoroughly clean all parts and surfaces that come into contact
with foodstuffs before using them for the first time. Refer to the
'Cleaning' section.
• Never process more than 700 g of ice cream mixture in the
freezer bowl (6).
• The device must always be disconnected from the mains network
if left unattended, prior to assembly and disassembly or
cleaning.
• If the device's power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, their service department or by a similarly
qualified person in order to prevent any hazards.
• The ice cream maker must not be operated using an external
timer or a separate remote-control system.
Children and people with disabilities
• This device may be used by children aged eight and over and
by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or
who lack experience and knowledge, provided that they are
supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the device
and understand the resulting dangers.
• Children must not play with the device.
• Children must not clean or carry out maintenance on the device
unless they are over eight years of age and supervised by an
adult.
• Children under eight years of age are to be kept away from the
device and the power cable (9).
