INSTRUCTION MANUAL
WARNING: READ ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE TWO INSTRUCTIONS: GENERAL
AND SPECIFIC.
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
The warranty of this product is two year from the date of purchase. The lifetime estimated of
these products is 3 years, but the lifetime can be more or less depending on the frequency of
using and how users follow the instruction manual to avoid any damage to these products.
Risks against which the PPE is intended to protect:
A type B anchor device according to EN795:2012 is an anchor device with one or more stationary
anchor points without the need for a structural anchor (s) or fixing element(s) to fix it to the
structure. This tripod and winch device is a single-user anchor device which is intended to be
removable from the structure. This anchor device incorporates stationary or travelling (mobile)
anchor points designed for the attachment of components of a personal fall protection system in
accordance with EN 363:2008 i.e. a full body harness, a self-retractable lifeline and energy
absorbing lanyard.
Fall Safe® declares these equipments are in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425. The full

Application
For tripod its own, it is suitable used on confined spaces, manholes, tanks, hatches and other
below ground work for fall arrest protection. When this tripod use with together the hand winch,
it's shall only be used for rescue purposes. Attention: this device is for one person use only! The
user should read and understand the information in this user information sheet before using this
device for fall arrest protection and rescue lifting purpose.
Before use - Tripod:
1. To check the legibility of the product markings.
2. Check loose screwed, bent or damaged parts. It´s should be in a perfect condition with tight
screws and rivets.
3. Inspect head for distortion, cracks or other damages.
4. Inspect roller for distortion, cracks or other damages.
5. Inspect leg and feet for distortion, cracks or other damages.
6. Inspect chain set for distortion, cracks or other damages.
Before use - Hand Winch & Wire Rope & Bracket:
1. To check the legibility of the product markings.
2. Check loose screwed, bent or damaged parts. lt should be in a perfect condition with tight
screws and rivets.
3. Inspect the snap hook for any damage, corrosion, and condition.
4. Inspect wire rope for cuts, kink, corrosion, chemical contact areas, or severely abraded areas.
5. Inspect bracket and hand winch for distortion, cracks or other damages.
During use:
1 - Tripod must be used by person trained in correct application. The user also has to be in good
health condition to work such operation. 2 - Do not leave Tripod for long periods in environments
where corrosion of metal parts could take place as a result of vapours from organic materials. 3
- Second rescue plan shall be in place to deal with any emergencies could arise during the work.
4 - Against making any alterations or additions to the equipment without the manufacturer's prior
written consent. 5. This product shall not be used outside its limitations, or for any purpose other
than for which it is intended. 6 - Tripod should be a personal issue item. 7 - Combinations of items
of equipment in which safe function is affected by or interferes with safe function of another are
not allowed. 8 - It is essential for safety that equipment is withdrawn from use immediately
should:
- Any doubt arise about its conditions for safe use or
- Any doubt arise about its functions for safe use or
- It have been used to arrest to fall and not used again until confirmed in writing by a competent
person that it is acceptable to do so.
9 -It is essential for safety that the anchor device or anchor point should always be positioned,
lower than anchorage point and the work carried out in such a way, as to minimise both the
potential for fall and potential fall distance. 10 - It is essential for safety to verify the free space
required beneath the user at the workplace before each occasion of use, so in the case of a fall,
there will be no collision with the ground or other obstacle in the fall path. 11 - If this product is
re-sold outside the original country of destination, the reseller shall provide instructions manual,
in the language of the country in which the product is to be used. 12 - There should be direct or
indirect visual contact or some other means of communication with the rescue at all times during
the rescue process. 13 - If the anchor point is deformed during the installation, the tripod and
winch must send to authorized agent for repair and withdraw from service. 14 - Working on the
non-flat ground, the tripod should be lied either chain or webbing to balance force with opposite
force in the direction tripod that is facing. 15 - When the anchor device is used as part of a fall
arrest system, the user shall be equipped with a means of limiting the maximum dynamic forces
exerted on the user during the arrest of a fall to a maximum of 6 kN.
After use:
1 - The need for regular periodic examinations, and that the safety of users depends upon the
continued efficiency and durability of the equipment. 2 - When the equipment becomes wet,
either from being in use or when due to cleaning, it shall be allowed to dry naturally, and shall be
kept away from direct heat. 3 - Periodic examination frequency shall be at least every 12 months.
4 - Only competent person is conducted for periodic examination and strictly in accordance with
the manufacturer's periodic examination procedures. 5 - Where deemed necessary, e.g. due to
the complexity or innovation of the equipment, or where safety critical knowledge is needed in the
dismantling, reassembly, or assessment of the equipment, this action shall only be conducted by
the manufacturer or by a person or organisation authorised by the manufacturer. 6 - This product
is supplied in a complete system, that components of any complete system shall not be
substituted. 7 - Storage procedures, including all necessary preventative requirements where
environmental or other factors could affect the condition of components, e.g. damp environment,
sharp edges, vibration, and ultraviolet degradation. 8 - The anchor devices have been tested to
standard EN795 and that, unless otherwise stated, they are appropriate for single person use
with an energy absorber to EN355. 9 - This anchor device has been tested against EN795. The
minimum strength of this device is 12kN and its must use in vertical direction. 10 - lf the line is not
integrated into the rescue lifting device, the hand winch with galvanized steel wire rope diameter
5 mm or above of the lines with which the rescue lifting device may be used and other relevant
information necessary to ensure compatibility of the rescue lifting device.
Maintenance, cleaning and disinfection:
1- Do not use the material with will causing adverse effect to the equipment and strictly follow
below instructions. 2 - The equipment should be pre-cleaned to remove dirt (webbing part) or
debris (wire rape part) by using professional cleaner, such as mild, neutral PH soap or warm
water. 3 - To disinfect the equipment use 70% of ethyl alcohol in cloth or sponge.
Transportation: During transportation, such as express, sea freight, truck, store inside carton box.
Storage: Store the product in a covered area, away from the heat, light, or high humidity
environment.
Manufacture´s periodic examination procedure (for authorized service centre or retailer only):
1 - If screw and rivets are damaged, replace new screw and rivet. 2 - If label not fully legible,

replace new label. 3 - If cable is damaged, replace new cable. 4 - If snap hook is damaged,
replace new snap hook. 5 - If chain is damaged or deformed, replace new chain.
Operation Procedure - Step1. Connecting to Full Body harness - Swivel hook on winch or anchor
swivel ring device must connect to front side D-Ring of safety harness and EN 361 standard is
the only acceptable body harness that can be used in a fall arrester system. Step2. Working
Environment - On the hazards that may affect the performance of the equipment and correspon-
ding safety precautions that have to be observed, e.g. temperature, the effect of sharp edges,
chemical reagents, electrical conductivity, cutting, abrasion, UV degradation, and other climatic
conditions. Step3. Rescue Lifting - Class A rescue lifting devices, that the rescue lifting device
shall only be used if an unhindered lifting process is possible and that it shall not be used if
obstacles present a hazard. The correct way to connect the body holding device when use this
device for rescue is connecting to anchor device to front D-Ring of safety harness.
Step4. Winch and anchor device - Warning! The winch is use for lifting / lowering function is for
rescue purposes only and not for lifting / lowering loads. Only EN795 anchor device is for fall
arrest purpose and must use with full body harness and energy absorber. ATTENTION: Anchor
points A1/ A2 - EN795 - Anchor device A 1 and A2 are equipped for EN 360 retractable fall
arrester for fall protection use. Only retractable fall arrester conform to EN 360:2002 can be used
with tripod and winch. Range used A 1 and A2 is restricted in the area inside the circle of steel
chain. If one of A 1 or A2 anchor point is broken, damaged, or serious deformed, the tripod head
must return to authorized agent for repair and exchange. ATTENTION: Winch - EN1496 the hook
attached with winch is use for rescue purpose to EN1496. This rescue system is restricted in the
area inside the circle of steel chain. lf the hook is found broken, damaged and deformed, the
whole system (winch + cable + connector) shall return to authorized organization or competence
personal for repair and exchange.

INSTALATION AND SETUP
Warning: This device is for one person use only!
Tripod setup - FS975
IS1 - Take off tripod set from storage bag and lay on the ground; IS2 - Push the top buttom and
open the legs for stabilize; IS3 - Push the bottom withdraw pin, and pull out feet until fully
extension. Repeat same process to others two feet; IS4 - Lift up the tripod set and move each
feet outward until maximum angle is reached.
Installation hand winch handle - FS976
IS(A5) - Use 17mm open end wrench to loosen the nut; IS(A6) - Put on the handle on the right
hand side and tighten the nut.
Installation Bracket - FS976
IS(B7) - Position the two support bars to lock the bracket. IS(B7.1) - Lock the bracket by swing
two handles (behind the winch) clockwise; IS(B8) - Insert the lock pin into the hole in the clamp
known in the hole in the leg.

Pro vlastní stativ je vhodný pro ochranu před pádem ve stísněných prostorech, šachtách,
nádržích, poklopech a dalších podzemních pracích. Pokud tento stativ používá spolu s ručním
navijákem, použije se pouze pro záchranné účely. Pozor: toto zařízení je určeno pouze pro jednu
osobu! Uživatel by si měl před použitím tohoto zařízení pro účely ochrany před pádem a
záchranným zvedáním přečíst a porozumět informacím v tomto informačním listu.
Před použitím - stativ:
1. Zkontrolujte čitelnost označení produktu.
2. Zkontrolujte uvolněné šroubované, ohnuté nebo poškozené díly. Měl by být v perfektním stavu
