Speed setting
For continuous speed adjustment. Set the
rotary selector between ● (lowest speed) and
12 (highest speed).

To use the appliance at the preselected speed.

To use the appliance at maximum speed.
Note: The appliance remains switched on as
long as one of the buttons is pressed.

Overload protection
If the appliance switches itself off during

the overload protection device has been
activated.
Remove the mains plug and leave the appliance
to cool down for approx. 1 hour to deactivate
the overload protection device. Note: If the
fault cannot be eliminated, please contact
customer service.

Notes
Solid foods should always be cut up and
cooked until soft before processing, e.g.
apples, potatoes or meat.
Use the universal cutter for cutting up raw
food without adding liquid, e.g. onions,
garlic or herbs.
Before processing the food in a pan, take the
pan off the heat.

Notes
When using the blender foot, mayonnaise
can only be made with whole eggs (egg
white and egg yolk).
When making mayonnaise, air underneath
the blender foot prevents the ingredients
blending together well. To achieve an
optimum result, check that the air can
escape before you start mixing.
