0.3.1 Livelli medi di pressione sonora
Valori normali di produzione del livello medio di
pressione sonora SPL (dB(A)) a velocità in
entrata di 1450 giri/min (tolleranza +3 db(A)).
Valori misurati ad 1m dalla superficie esterna del
riduttore ed ottenuti su elaborazione di prove
sperimentali.
Per raffreddamento artificiale con ventola
sommare ai valori di tabella: +2 db(A) per una
ventola; + 4 dB(A) per 2 ventole.
Per entrata ad un numero di giri diverso
sommare i valori come in tabella:

"ATEX"
0.4.2.1 Campo applicabilità
La direttiva ATEX (94/9/CE) si
applica a prodotti elettrici e non
elettrici destinati a essere introdotti e svolgere la
loro funzione in atmosfera potenzialmente
esplosiva.
Le
atmosfere
esplosive vengono suddivise in gruppi e zone a
seconda della probabilità di formazione.
I prodotti GSM sono Conformi alla seguente
classificazione:
1- Gruppo: II
2-Categoria: Gas 2G polveri 2D
3- Zona: Gas 1 – Polveri 21

Standard production mean sound pressure level
assuming input speed of 1450 rpm [tolerance +3

Mean value of measurement at 1 m from
external surface and obtained on the base of
tests.

In case of different input speed, modify tabulated

0.3.1 Durchschnittliche Schalldruckpegel
Werte des normalen, durchschnittlich
produzierten Schalldrucks SPL (dB(A)) bei
einer Antriebsgeschwindigkeit von 1450 U/min
(Toleranz +3 dB(A)). In einem Abstand von 1 m
von der Außenfläche des Getriebes
gemessene und aus Testauswertungen
resultierende Werte.
Für die Fremdkühlung mittels Gebläse müssen
die in der Tabelle angegebenen Werte
summiert werden: +2 dB(A) bei einem
Lüfterrad; + 4 dB(A) bei zwei Lüfterrädern.
Im Fall einer davon abweichenden
Antriebsdrehzahl die Werte der Tabelle gemäß
RXO/V3

NICHT DER "ATEX"-NORM ENTSPRECHEN
Bei den Getrieben der GSM SpA handelt es sich
um Mechanikorgane, die für den industriellen
Einsatz und einen Einbau in komplexere
Einrichtungen
bestimmt
deshalb weder unter dem Aspekt unabhängiger,
für eine bestimmte Anwendung vorgesehener
Maschinen im Sinne der
2006/42/EG , noch als Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
berück- sichtigt.
0.4 .2 SPEZIFIKATIONEN FÜR
"ATEX"-PRODUKTE
0.4.2.1 Anwendungsbereich
Die ATEX-Richtlinie (94/9/EG) wird bei
elektrischen und nicht elektrischen Produkten
angewendet, die dazu bestimmt sind, in
potentiell explosionsfähigen Atmosphären
eingesetzt und betrieben zu werden. Die
potentiell explosionsfähigen Atmosphären
werden in Abhängigkeit der Wahrscheinlichkeit
in Gruppen und Zonen unterteilt.
Die GSM-Produkte entsprechen der folgenden
Klassifizierung:
1- Gruppe: II
2- Kategorie: Gas 2G Staub 2D
3- Zone: Gas 1 - Staub 21
