6. INSTALLAZIONE
6.11.1 GIUNTI ELASTICI IN FLANGE PAM
La GSM, a propria discrezione, in un ottica di una
fornitura costante e dinamica applica diverse
tipologie di giunti elastici:
- giunti a tasselli, (S);
- giunti a pioli, (P);
- giunti a denti, (GD).
Nei primi due casi la
tradizionalmente distanziali atti al limitare al
minimo il concetto di registrazione del giunto
mentre per il terzo caso è necessario attenersi in
linea teorica alla tabella a seguito. Più
precisamente è necessario
corrispondenza della quota "B" espressa in
tabella e conseguentemente verificare che la
quota "A" sia maggiore o uguale a zero; nel caso
in cui tale condizione non sia verificata agire sul
semigiunto lato riduttore
dimensione della quota "C".
L'accoppiamento tra albero motore o riduttore e
relativo semigiunto è un accoppiamento incerto,
un eventuale gioco o un eventuale interferenza
sono una condizione normale, è comunque
sempre necessario bloccare assialmente i
semigiunti tramite il grano radiale presente e/o
dove questo non sia raggiungibile utilizzare
LOCTITE 603. Vista l'eventualità pratica di una
possibile interferenza è necessario montare i
semigiunti preriscaldandoli ,(max. 90°), il foro
filettato in testa all'albero aiuterà il montaggio e
lo smontaggio; in ogni caso evitare di battere i
semigiunti onde evitare danni a riduttore e
motore.

6.11.1 FLEXIBLE COUPLINGS ON PAM
FLANGES
GSM, at its own discretion, uses different types
of flexible couplings in order to ensure constant
and dynamic power delivery:
-blocks, (S);
-pins, (P);
-toothed couplings, (GD).
For the first two items GSM typically supplies
GSM fornisce
spacers suitable for minimising any adjustment,
while for the third item please refer to the
following table. In practice, it is necessary to
check the value "B" indicated in the table and
thus ensure that value "A" is equal or more than

on the couplings or damage could result for
gearbox and motor.

6.11.1 ELASTISCHE KUPPLUNGEN IN
PAM-FLANSCHEN
Die GSM bringt ihrem Anmessen gemäß und
im Hinblick auf eine konstante und dynamische
Leistung unterschiedliche Typen elastischer
Kupplungen zu Einsatz:
- Dübelkupplungen, (S);
- Stiftkupplungen, (P);
- Zahnkupplungen, (GD);
In den ersten beiden Fällen liefert GSM
normalerweise Distanzstücke, die dafür
vorgesehen sind, die Einstellanforderungen der
Kupplung auf ein Minimum zu beschränken,
während man sich im Fall des dritten
Kupplungstyps allgemein an die Angaben in der
nachstehenden Tabelle halten muss. Hier muss
die Übereinstimmung des in der Tabelle
angegebenen Maßes "B" geprüft und daraufhin
kontrolliert werden, dass das Maß "A" über oder
gleich Null resultiert. Sollte diese Bedingung
nicht gegeben sein, muss man entsprechend
auf die Kupplungshälfte auf der Getriebeseite
einwirken und dabei das Maß "C" reduzieren.
Bei der Passung zwischen Motorwelle oder
Getriebe und der entsprechenden
Kupplungshälfte handelt es sich um eine
ungewisse Passung, ein eventuell vorliegendes
Spiel oder eine mögliche Interferenz sind
normalen Bedingungen, es ist jedoch immer
erforderlich, die Kupplungshälften axial mit Hilfe
des vorhandenen radialen Stifts zu blockieren
und/oder wo dies nicht möglich ist, LOCTITE
603 zu verwenden. Unter Berücksichtigung
einer möglichen Interferenz müssen die
Kupplungshälften im erwärmten Zustand (max.
90°) montiert werden. Die vordere
Gewindebohrung an der Welle wird sich bei der
Montage und dem Ausbau als hilfreich
erweisen. Auf jeden Fall ist im Hinblick auf
Schäden am Getriebe und am Motor zu
vermeiden, auf die Kupplungshälften zu
schlagen.
