3. STATO DI FORNITURA

3.1 PREMESSA
I riduttori sono verniciati esternamente con fondo
epossidico e smalto sintetico blu RAL 5010,
salvo disposizioni contrattuali diverse.
La protezione è idonea a resistere a normali
ambienti industriali anche esterni, e a consentire
finiture ulteriori con vernici sintetiche. Nel caso si
prevedano condizioni ambientali particolarmente
aggressive occorre adottare
speciali.
Le estremità d'albero e gli alberi cavi vengono
protetti con grasso antiossidazione o protezioni
di sicurezza in plastica. La parte interna delle
carcasse dei riduttori viene verniciata con fondo
epossidico, mentre le parti lavorate sono protette
con olio antiossidazione.
I riduttori, salvo diverse indicazioni contrattuali,
sono forniti privi di lubrificante ad eccezione
del riduttore RX 704 e del differenziale E70
sono forniti completi d'olio SHELL TIVELA S
ISO VG 320; un'apposita targhetta ne evidenzia
lo stato.

Qualora sia presente un dispositivo antiretro una
freccia in prossimità dell'albero lento ne
evidenzia il senso di rotazione consentito.

3.2 VERIFICHE

Compete al ricevente controllare che i dati di
targa corrispondano all'ordine effettuato, che il
prodotto sia integro e non abbia subito danni
durante il trasporto.
Per avarie o rotture dovute a danni imputabili al
trasporto, il destinatario
immediata contestazione direttamente al vettore
od avvisare il nostro Ufficio Commerciale.
Il materiale danneggiato non deve essere
installato o messo in funzione per evitare rischi di
funzionamento pericoloso.
Dove gli alberi non recano delle protezioni di
sicurezza in plastica e opportuni avvolgimenti
per il fissaggio della linguetta, l'estremità
dell'albero e le superfici lavorate sono protette
con pasta antiossidante.
Questi allestimenti non devono essere rimossi
se non al momento dell'installazione.
3. SCOPE OF THE SUPPLY
3.1 FOREWORD
The gear units are externally painted with an
epoxy primer and RAL 5010 blue synthetic
enamel, unless different contractual instructions
are given.
The protection is suitable to stand normal
industrial environments, also outdoors, and
allows additional synthetic paint finishes. In case
particularly aggressive environment conditions
are expected, special paints will be needed.

protected against oxidization or feature plastic
safety protections. The internal part of the gear
casing is painted with an epoxy layer, whereas
machined parts are oil protected against
oxidization.
The gear units are supplied with no lubricant,
unless different contractual instructions are
given; except for RX 704 gearboxes and E70
differentials that come with SHELL TIVELA S
ISO VG 320 oil and feature a special plate that
specifies their condition
In the event a back-stop device is provided, an
arrow near the slow shaft indicates its permitted
direction of rotation.
3.2 INSPECTIONS
The person receiving the goods is responsible to
check that the data on the nameplate correspond
to the goods ordered, that the product is
complete and has not suffered damage during
transportation.
The recipient shall immediately claim to the
carrier any failure or faults due to transport

Any damaged material shall not be installed or
operated to avoid any risk and danger.
If the shafts are delivered with no plastic safety
protections and the keys are not appropriately
taped to the shafts, shafts and machined parts

3. LIEFERZUSTAND

3.1 VORWORT

Sythetik-Emaillack RAL 5010 lackiert.
Dieser Schutz ist für einen Einsatz in normalen
industriellen, auch im Freien liegenden
Umfeldern geeignet und erlaubt Über-
lackierungen mit Synthetiklack. Sollten
besonders aggressive Umgebungsbedingungen
vorliegen, müssen Speziallackierungen ver-
wendet werden.
Die Enden der Wellen und der Hohlwellen
werden mit Rostschutzfett oder
Sicherheitsabdeckungen aus Kunststoff
geschützt. Der Innenbereich der
Getriebegehäuse wird einer
Epoxyd-Grundierung lackiert, während die
bearbeiteten Teile mit Rostschutzöl geschützt
sind. Von anders lautenden vertraglichen
Vereinbarungen abgesehen werden die die
Getriebe ohne Schmiermittel geliefert.
Ausnahme hierbei sind das Getriebe RX 704
und das Differential E70, die bereits vollständig
mit dem Öl SHELL TIVELA S ISO VG 320
gefüllt geliefert wird. Der betreffende
Lieferzustand wird durch ein entsprechenden
Schild angegeben.

Falls eine Rücklaufsperre vorhanden ist, wird
durch einen Pfeil in der Nähe der Abtriebswelle
die zulässige Drehrichtung angegeben.
3.2 ÜBERPRÜFUNGEN
Der Empfänger muss kontrollieren, dass die auf
dem Typenschild angegebenen Daten denen
des übermittelten Auftrags entsprechen, dass
das Produkt unbeschädigt ist und während des
Transports keine Schäden entstanden sind.
Im Fall von Defekten oder Schäden, die sich
auf den Transport zurückführen lassen, muss
der Empfänger sofort und direkt beim
Frachtführer Beanstandung erstatten oder
unsere Verkaufsabteilung informieren.
Beschädigtes Material darf nicht eingebaut oder
in Betrieb gesetzt werden, so dass ein
gefährlicher Betrieb vermieden werden kann.
Die Wellen, die über keine Schutzkappen aus
Kunststoff verfügen und nicht mit Isolierband
umwickelt sind, durch das der Federkeil fixiert
wird, sind das Wellenende und die bearbeiteten
Flächen mit Rostschutzpaste geschützt.
Diese Ausstattungen müssen spätestens bei
der Installation entfernt werden.
