4 Capacity code setting (DSW3). No setting is required, due to setting before shipment. This switch is used for setting the capacity
code which corresponds to the Horse Power of the indoor unit.

Before shipment, DSW5 and RSW2 are set to "0". Max. 64 cycles are available to set when all
the equipment to be connected are corresponding to H-LINK ΙΙ. Max. 16 cycles when the units
corresponding/ non-corresponding to H-LINK ΙΙ are combined.
6 Fuse recover (DSW7). (This dip switch is located on PCB1.)
* In the case of applying high voltage to the terminal 1 and 2 of
TB2, the fuse (0.5A) on the PCB is cut. In such a case, firstly
reconnect the wirings correctly to TB2, and then turn on Number
1 pin.

7 Optional function setting (DSW2). No setting is required. Set-
ting positions before shipment are all OFF.

N O T E
• In order to identify one indoor unit with its own wireless re-
mote control, set DSW2 pin3 ON and set the wireless remote
control at "b" mode. For more information, please refer to the
corresponding Intallation and Operation Manual.
• When using a wireless remote controller, no additional recei-
vers are required for individual operation.
• For simultaneous operation it is required:
Option 1: PC-ARF remote control.
Option 2: In the case of wireless operation with PC-LH3B,
PC-ALHZF receiver kit is necessary.
In both options change SW2 to wired setting.

8 Remote control switch setting (SW2). The setting before shi-
pment is "Wireless".
* In case of using the wired remote control (PC-ARF) and the
receiver kit (PC-ALHZ), set the SW2 to "Wired". If not, the opera-
tion is not available. Connect the remote control switch cables to
terminals A and B at the terminal board TB2.

• The " " mark indicates position of dip switches. Figures show
setting before shipment.
• When the unit number and the refrigerant cycle are set, record
the unit number and refrigerant cycle to facilitate maintenance
and servicing activities thereafter.
• Turn OFF all the power supply of the indoor unit and the out-
door unit before Dip Switch setting. If not, the setting is invalid.
• In case of using the wired remote control or receiver kit PC-
ALHZF set the SW2 to "Wired".
