WARNUNG: Das vom SonoSite-System
berechnete Gestationsalter stimmt
bei den 20-cm- und
30-cm-Abdomenumfangsmessung
en (AU) nicht mit der
Altersangabe im oben erwähnten
Referenzmaterial überein. Der
implementierte Algorithmus
extrapoliert das Gestationsalter aus
der Kurvensteigung aller
Tabellenmesswerte, anstatt das
Gestationsalter für eine in der
Referenztabelle angegebene,
größere AU-Messung zu
reduzieren. Ein Erhöhen des AU
führt somit immer zur Erhöhung
des Gestationsalters.
