LEANING INTERVAL FOR ALUMINIUM GREASE FILTERS
 Clean the grease filter at least once a month.

ANUAL CLEANING OF THE ALUMINIUM GREASE FILTER
1. You must remove the aluminium grease filter (16) to clean it.
2. Remove the top cover (15) of the extractor fan. Clean the top cover with a
cleaning agent suitable for the material.
3. Remove the grease filter (16).
4. Soak the aluminium grease filter in warm rinse water (up to 30 °C)
5. Then clean the grease filter with a soft brush. Be careful not to damage the grid
of the grease filter.
6. After cleaning: rinse the grease filter thoroughly using hot water.
7. Repeat this process in case of stubborn soilings or deposits.
8. Dry the grease filter properly before you reinstall it.
9. Install the top cover of the extractor fan again.

LEANING OF THE ALUMINIUM GREASE FILTER IN THE DISHWASHER
 The grease filters can also be cleaned in the dishwasher: Normal programme (up
to 30 °C).
Do not put the grease filter in the dishwasher together with tableware. Dry the
filter properly before you reinstall them.
NOTICE! A grease filter which is blocked with food leftovers is not
covered by the guarantee.
