23 Troubleshooting
This chapter informs you how to identify and remedy simple faults or the consequences of incorrect
operation.
If performing the following "Remedies" does not return the mobile workstation to working order, please
contact the manufacturer's customer services department. To help customer services staff to react promptly
and effectively, please have the following information ready:

23.1 Unit does not function after switching on
Possible cause
Battery charge too low
Fuses tripped
Plug of the 24 V DC input battery disconnected
Load on the socket strip too high (e. g. laser printer)
23.2 Connected hardware does not function

Fuses tripped
Residual current device (RCD) tripped.
