Safety instructions
Please note that you are responsible for the safety of
the user� This could be at risk if you do not follow the
safety guidelines� Nevertheless, it is not possible to
cover all potential circumstances and unforeseeable
situations in these guidelines� Therefore common
sense, caution and prudence are required when han-
dling the product� Every person operating the prod-
uct should know and understand all the instructions�
Furthermore, you should explain the operation of the
product and its accessories to every person using the
product�
Please contact your local specialist dealer or interco
directly if the instructions are unclear and a more de-
tailed explanation is required or if you have any other
questions�

If the product is left unattended with
user, the user or other persons may be injured�
Please make absolutely sure that the person
sitting in the product is properly secured at all
times by a suitable restraint system (harness)�
Never leave the user sitting in the product
unattended, not even when the user has been
securely strapped in and the brakes have been
set�
Never leave the product alone with the user
without expert supervision to exclude the risk of
injury to the user or other persons�

material
Incorrect handling of packaging material may
cause a risk of suffocation�
Keep the packaging materials out of reach of

Warning!
Risks when climbing stairs
When using stairs, there may be a risk
of injury to the user of the product or the product
may be damaged� Therefore only lift the product
without the user sitting in it�
Stairs are only permitted to be negotiated with
the assistance of accompanying persons�
If facilities such as access ramps or lifts are
available for this purpose, these must be used�
In the absence of such facilities, two accompa-
nying persons can carry the product over obsta-
cles without the user�
Techniques for climbing stairs are explained
in detail in Section 10; it is imperative that you
comply with these�
Make sure that the accompanying persons only
grip the product on firmly mounted or bonded
components�
Do not lift the product by the foot rest, head
rest, arm rests or similar parts�

Risks of selfinitiated modification
of the settings
If settings are changed autonomously,
the function of the product and the safety of the
user may be affected�
Adhere to the settings made by the specialist
dealer� You may only adjust settings by yourself
as described in Section 7�
If you experience problems with settings, please
contact your specialist consultant or interco
directly�
Discuss all changes to the settings properly
with the specialist personnel or therapist�
It is not permissible for any parties other than
interco to make additions or modifications to
the product and any cases that should become
known can be subject to legal action� In addi-
tion, the warranty obligations of interco Group
shall cease to apply in such cases and any liabil-
ity claims directed at the manufacturer shall no
longer be valid�

Risk of injury due to operating errors or
lacking knowledge of the operating in
structions
If the instructions in the operating instructions are
disregarded, application errors may occur and the
safety of the user may be impaired�
Please read these operating instructions carefully
first�
Familiarize yourself with the functions of the
product and its handling prior to initial use�
Practice handling the product before use�
Observe the maximum load capacity of the
product (see Section 9: Technical Data)�
Do not use the foot rest when getting into or out
of the product�
